sens im not realy sher what to write about ill just right about what i think of the idea of year round school. not the kind with the big breaks but the idea that some people want to be put into action for kids to no longer have summer break. this is an terrible idea. i no this because i am actually a student, there not. they think that this will make kids smarter. but in fact it will most likely do the opposite. as the year go's on my greads get steady and steady wors. this is because im getting real sick of school and am getting lazy. if there were year round school, i probably would never try, and get shity grades because i would have no big break to look forward to. and there forgetting about all the us-full real life things you learn over the summer, witch could be even more important than most the things you learn at school.

Tonight my lacrosse team had a game at Northville against Northville. Last time we played them a call was made and a girl from Northville turned around and whacked one of my players in the chest and it was a huge deal. None of the reffs saw it and then get real pissed at my team. Tonight we were supposed to come up with revenge, but instead we chose to lose. My team had no communication, no one could catch a ball and no one seemed to care or want to be there. I'm wicked competitive and when I see this from my teammates I can't stand it. Even though I scored 2 goals, one person can't make up a team and while I played my hardest, my team was lacking. I know that I blog about this a lot but I don't think people understand how big of a deal lacrosse is to me. I push myself in every game because my dream has been to go on a scholarship to a Division I or D II school. This sport is what I love but when we have lost 2 games in a row and it's because of stupid stuff, I start to question if playing on my team is even worth it anymore.

What i will blog about today is about my pole vaulting. my PR is 9 FT, i know disappointing. my main problem is i don't hold my C, which is the form your suppose to go in. i don't hold it long enough because i got moved up a pole so now im on a 170(weight of me so it doesn't snap),14ft pole. i hold about 12ft on my new pole but when i don't hold my C drive i end up going straight up then falling back down on the runway which hurts at 12FT. this is because when i don't hold my c drive the pole doesn't keep moving forward, i bend it but not enough. this is how i enjoy pole vaulting and hoping to set my PR at 10FT

Tomorrow we have Regionals for my Tennis team. We will be playing the top teams in our division and conference. I'm really starting to worry, I'm afraid that we're going to do bad then we won't be able to move up any farther towards states. I know it's kind of bad to have this much lack of confidence in my team, and I think it's going to hurt us in the long run. Everyone has pretty much the same mindset as me, which is even worse. Don't get me wrong, we have a really good team, it's just that all this pressure is starting to weigh on us. Tomorrow we have single elimination which means once you lose your done for the whole day. All the teams are set in different pools which means that if we lose against the first team we play, we get kicked out of the pool. Plus, there's no "losers track" so once we're done we are DONE! The whole team is really good it's just that this is one of the biggest tournaments we're in so it's kind of a BIG deal. It will take all day to finish out so we won't have to go to school, which is a bonus :) I hope we do good tomorrow and that we all don't get super burnt because it's supposed to be eighty :)

So there's this website called formspring. It allows you to post things on peoples web pages by being annonymus so you basically could say whatever you wanted. Mostly everyones page I look at just has bad stuff about them. I personally think this is stupid. I have one because I wanted to see what it was like and I don't like it all that much. Its for the people who can't say anything to anyones face and just decide to say it through there. I think this is going to cause big problems to peoples confidence and self esteem. People say really really really mean things to them and if your not the type of person that can take it, it really ends up hurting you. This could lead some people to do suicide or other bad things that shouldn't happen. I hate this website.

Today was my last day of drivers ed. The class was kind of pointless but now all I have to do is take my road test and get my license. I don't turn 16 for another month but I just wanted to get it out of the way earlier. I want to schedule my drivers test before my birthday so I can get my license right when I turn 16. This will be a good birthday since I can drive after that so I'm pretty excited.

This weekend i have 2 volleyball tournaments. On Saturday it is in Grand Rapids. And on Sunday it is at the University of Michigan, Dearborn. I think that the one on Saturday will be more fun. Friday night i am staying in a hotel with 2 of my teammates. I am excited for the hotel because i love staying at hotels. I always have so much fun at them, and i always end up with good stories to tell. I don't know how my team will do in the tournaments but i hope we do good. I cant wait for this weekend!

My tennis team is going to Cedar Point and I am very excited! I used to hate rollarcosters. I am afraid of heights so I was always scared to try them out. One year, my dance team went to cedar point when I was in 5th grade. I was so afraid to ride the rides but everyone else was so I decided to give it a shot. I went on the power tower, which is not a good ride if your afraid of heights. The whole ride up I was terrified. And when we finally dropped, I screamed my head off. When it was all over, I was proud of myself for trying it out. Now I love rollercoasters!

Today at our baseball game I did fairly desent. I started at second base in the first game. The first play I got with a guy on third, he was going home and I fielded the ball and threw it really slow. He was safe, that was their first run of 11. The only other play I was involved in was when Connor and I turned a double play. At the plate I made solid contact each time. My first 2 at bats were a ground-out and a fielder choice. My third at bat I hit a line-drive in between second and first. Overall I went 1-3 at the plate and we lost both games.

Well Im not really sure what to blog about so I am just going to blog about lacrosse. We won tonight and we are looking really good together as a team. We are on a 3 game winning streak and this is big because we didnt do as well as we wanted to this year. Playoffs start friday so we picked a good time to play good. There is a really hard team we do have to play inthe next round if we do win friday though, they are Brother Rice. They havent lost to a Michigan team in 7 years so it will take a miracle to win. So, lacrosse is going good.

I would like to share one of my poems. It is about how the ladies have been treating the C-Mac lately and ties in with baseball since i've been so busy with that these last few months. It is called, A Thinking Man's Game.

He was leading off of 3rd base

Planning on risking it all for the win: a suicide steal

He then realized the tables were turned

This wasn’t the game of baseball he was playing; it was the game of love

And he wasn’t leading off, but instead he had been lead on.

-Hope you enjoy it. Think outside the box. I love to make my reader think.

Tonight I'm going to do a current event. My current event is called "Oil From Spill Moves Into Marshes, Gulf's Loop Current." Heavy oil has seeped into Louisiana's delicate marshes and an oil sheen from BP's leaking well has drifted into the Gulf of Mexico's powerful loop current, federal scientists said today. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said much of the oil sheen heading east would be dispersed in the roughly 10 days it would take to get to Florida. This affects my life because it's sad that the wildlife living in that area is being affected. I also know that it takes a while to clean it all up. Hopefully all the oil will be cleaned up and the ecosystem will get back to normal.

Ths past weekend I went to a concert with my best friends. It was AWESOME!!! That concert ment alot to us because we met each other at a music video shoot for the same band. We got there really early and we got front row center stage!!!! It was the first time being anywhere close to the stage. We were the only ones that were screaming for the band and the people in it. After the concert was over there was a meet and greet. We meet the band, again, and the other people that are apart a t.v. show with the band. The announcer guy, David LaDuca (Mr.Pesckow), told my friends and I that we were the BEST FANS EVER!!!! We then met the band and got our t-shirts and posters signed by them. By the time we got out of the concert it was 11pm. We were there since 4:30! This band it really great! Also, like I said before, this band is really important to us because we met each other at the music video shoot. If that band would have never shot their television show in Michigan I would have never met my best friends Amber and Sierra. And I always wonder what it would be like if they did not decide to shoot their show, The Wannabes Starring Savvy, here in Howell Michigan. GO SAVVY!!!!!!

Well, as mikail already said, we had 2 baseball games today. We lost them both 11-5 and 6-4. I played well. I was the designated hitter the first game and played sexod the other one. I went 3 for 4 with 2 walks. Many of the parents could not make it to the game. Why you may ask, but the answer would be be found in an oil spill. Not the one in the gulf but a gas tanker crashed on I96 and shit down the entire freeway. that sucks for them.

For the past two weeks i have been trying out something new in my life. Normally i do my homework around 8 oclock and it usually takes me till 9 or 10 at night. Sometimes it takes so long and im so tired that i dont even do half of it and just go to bed. This isnt good because then the next day i have to find time to do it before class. Lately i have been doing my homework right when i get home from school. This is much easier because im not so tired and it allows me to finish all of my homework instead of rushing to do it the next day. Also when i am done i have the rest of the night to do whatever i want. Including taking a nap, going for a walk, watching tv, going to sporting events, and cheer practice. This way is much more convenient in my life style and anyone who waits till 8 oclock every night to do their homework i advise them to try finishing most in school and taking home the rest and doing it right away.

I don’t really like free blogs, I think that it makes it harder. Personally I don’t even like to blog, having to make something up at random just doesn’t help make it any easyer. Although some might say that a free blog is ment to show creativity I think that a free blog is simply the result of the teacher not being able to think of anything at the time (no offence). I think that on any free assignment other then bloging, an assignment the teacher acutely has criteria to grade on it makes it harder to grade, its harder to determine what’s right and what’s wrong the larger the subject is. When its used in something like bloging however it can even set a bad example, it sows that the teacher didn’t put to much effort into thinking about a subject, so why should you?
