The article I found on CNN.com was about a University of Georgia professor committing suicide. He first shot his wife and two other guys then he dug his own grave and covered it with leaves and debris so nobody would find him. But on Saturday, they found his body in Bogart, Georgia. I think that stories like this are terrible to hear about. He not only had to take his own life he took the life of three other people. And he left his two children who were 8 and 10 with their neighbors. Their kids are now orphans with no where to go. It was a very selfish thing to do on his part because now his children will never have a full family and wont get to have a normal childhood.

My current event is on how the rescession has impacted Social Security. We all look forward to retiring one day. Yes, our golden years that we are supposed to relax and enjoy ourselves. This may never happen with our generation. Out of every pay check earned social security taxes are taken out. Due to the recession the Social Security Trust fund will be out of money by the year 2037 (this is 4 year earlier then expected). Uncle Sam has borrowed from the Social Security Trust fund and has promised to pay it back. Easier said then done. From the beginning of 2008 5.7 million payroll jobs have been lost, therefore, less is being paid into social security. This will impact every person in the U.S. beause at retirement there will not be enough to pay out benefits. The chance of our generation collecting social security is looking very grim.

On comcast webpage i read up on an article about an Army sergeant who was due to leave Iraq has been charged with murder and aggravated assault in the fatal shooting of five fellow soldiers at a military counseling clinic in Baghdad, Tuesday. Sgt. John M. Russell was taken into custody outside the clinic following Monday's shooting at Camp Liberty. It was the deadliest case of soldier-on-soldier violence since the Iraq war began in 2003.
In Washington, a Pentagon official said Russell was escorted to the clinic, but once inside argued with the staff and was asked to leave. After he and his escort drove away, Russell apparently seized the escort's weapon and returned to the clinic, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing.
It was said the assailant's weapon had been taken away, but somehow he got a new gun, entered the clinic and opened fire.

Mr. Kay,
A Federal jury in Miami has charged 5 men for plans to bomb Chicago's Sears Tower and FBI offices. The five men have reportedly been planning the attck with al-Qaida, with there hopes of igniting an anti-government insurrection. It is said that a sixth man was also acquitted with the other five, and al-Qaida. Aparently Tuesday's verdicts had came after six days of diliberations, while in the third trial of the "Liberty City Six". It is said that during the first trial a seventh man was acquitted, and taken in for being part of the plannings. The men were arrested on June 6th of 2006! On charges of plotting terrorism with an undercover FBI informant they thought was someway connected with al-Qaida. It is said the the five men reportedly only wanted the money, and not to hurt anybody, or cause any damage.

The current event that i found is about a man named George Zinkhan. He was a Professor at the Univirsity of Georgia that shot and killed himself with a single shot to the head. He was found in a small dugout area cover with Brush and dabri. It is thought that he committied suicide after killing his wife, Marie Bruce, 47, Thomas Tanner, 40, and Ben Teague, 63, outside a theater in Athens on April 25. He was found about a mile from where his red Jeep Lierty was found a week earlier. He really did not want anyone finding his dead body.

My current event will be about how a teen charged with murder died in car crash. Authorities say that the 17 year old died after stealing another car in Detroit. They also said in Augest 9 the kid stolen a U.S. Army van and hitting a 19 year old and 20 year old. The prosecuter for Wanye County told the Detroit Free press that the police had evidence in April impilcating the 17 year old. They also said that there were 5 teens in the car with him when he went through a red light. In the hospital he was charge with 2 counts of second degree murder, but he died on Sunday. This makes me think when I start driving how careful I have to be.

Mr. Kay,
Today through the freep, I read about a man that was on death row who was set free. The thing is that he really was innocent. This guy was on death row for 22 years under a false trial. He is now free, but the point is that he had to suffer for something he didn't do, and we can all agree that this is completely wrong. I think that cops and jurors need to get a lot of convincing evidence before they conclude to send someone to jail, much less in a case with death row. Some people don't even get a chance and get put onto death row immediately. I think that everyone should get a chance in this case. We can't have people being put into jail and prison and death row for nothing. I am sure everyone will agree that they would like to be thoroughly examined before going on jail. In fact it sort of scares me that maybe one day I will get into something like this. They will just believe I did some crime I had nothing to due with and Ill go to jail. Not saying I plan on going to jail, just it is scary. And for this man, at least hes free now and our courts should be a bit more careful.

At a military counseling clinic he murdered 5 sodiers. They said they took his gun when he first came in but he took the gun from his escort and went back to the clinic.
This sorta freaks me out. Soldiers like this guy are supposed to make us feel safe, but instead I feel the opposite. And he shot 2of his own soldiers. This is just crazy...

In the alma a mine many miners were stuck in the mining places underground. He was being flooded in the rain. The man was stuck in the mine for 34 hours. He was stuck in there on mothers day. His wife was really great full for him being home. I think this is related to life because the miner could of easily never gotten out. Life can be taken away that quickly. So live your life to the fullest. Dont do things that you will regret later. Just dont let people tell you what to do.

On CNN.com I found an article of a U.S. soldier who, along with others, is convicted in the killing of an Iraqi family. Steven Green along with others, rushed into an Iraqi family's home and Green raped and killed a 14 year old girl. Him along with the others killed the rest of the family, and set the house on fire. Two of the families cousins were the first to arrive on the seen. Perosnally, I thinks its unbelieveable that even soldiers can't be trusted. They are supposed to be protecting us and killing dangerous Iraqi soldiers, not innocent families. I don't understand how they think that they can get away with it also.

A former death row inmate in Tennessee has been cleared of murder, three years after the Supreme Court raised repeated questions about his conviction. State prosecutors on Tuesday asked a judge to drop all charges against Paul House, who was convicted of murder and sentenced to die in 1986. Special Judge Jon Blackwood accepted the request.
To hear this kinda make me a lil scared because this happens quight a few time and is very scar to hear because you never know if there going to do it again and where next it will be if it does happen.
Although this may not seem like much, I found an article on the use of new search engines on the internet. Google is now receiving much more help in the searches. These new search engines, such as Twine and Hakia, are much more specific to search answers. Instead of seeing the page that says over 230,000 results found, it may only say 400. This connects to me because most of the information I find on the internet for classes is from Google. I see this as a pain because I have to filter through all of the tiny stuff to find what I am actually looking for. I think that this will help me and many other people too because Google is so widely used that it really deserves some help. I know that I will still use Google but I think the other search engines will help even more. Search engines are great and all but they need to have the proper information from a credible source. Plus, the internet is all about downsizing everything which I am ok with.

Today for my current event i chose to do it on the recession interferring with Social Secruity. The recession has taken its toll on Social Security. The officials who oversee the program forecast Tuesday that the Social Security trust fund will be exhausted by 2037, four years earlier than estimated last year. Since the start of 2008, 5.7 million payroll tax jobs have disappeared. And another 4.3 million jobs are being filled on a part-time basis. One of the factors causing the long-term shortfall: Americans are living longer. In doing so, thats why lawmakers gradually increase the age at which a person can start collecting full Social Security benefits. My connection to this is very sad. Since the medical department is getting more smart overtime, that means people are going to be living longer and longer. Making it harder for Social Secruity, especially in our economy.

I read the article "Space shuttle suffered 'minor' damage at launch". They noticed that four of the tiles have dents in them. They are checking with experts to see if they will make a difference. It is crazy how something so simple, like a 21 inch dent, can make a huge impact. This may mean that the mission would be delayed. If delayed, it means more money would be needed. Also, it may mean even more throughal checks before launches on future spaceships. This will actually affect many such as taxpayers and those working on the expidition.

Believe it or not, DVD and Blue Ray sales are much higher than digital downloads. More than 88% of people prefer to have a disk instead of a download. Now, digital downloads and online renting are becoming more popular, doubling each year. This year the Download rate it 9% instead of the 5% recorded last year. I really like the convenience of a digital download and online renting. To me this saves time and gas money when looking for that new movie that has just been released. Now the up side to going out and buying the actual disk would lye in that fact of quality. Blue Ray disks have an extremely higher quality rating than a digital download and gives a much better picture. Also buying the physical DVD from the store helps so you don't accidentally delete a $20 movie on your computer if your an idiot.

For my current event tonight i want to talk about an aticle i found on the cnn website about music theropy. Music is a very good destresser. It helps people relax, sleep better, and overall be in a better mood. A man had been studying the effects of music on the heart and found out that it actually helps open your blood vessels. I dont doubt this, honestly, when i listen to music i genrally feel in a better mood afterwards. Music is a very special thing and it helps people heal. It really can fix anything. I think if people are truely upset and sad listening to a good song that you love will deffinetly help you. I LOVE MUSIC.

On WashingtonPost.com, an article read that a book was returned to the Arlington Central Library... 31 YEARS overdue.
Sarah McKee had checked out the book "The Patriot Chiefs" on March 16, 1978. It was due April 5th of that year, but " three decades, one career, five presidents, three relocations, seven grandchildren and thousands of books later" she saw the library card in the back of the book.
She had then realized the book wasn't hers!
The book was returned to the library 31 years and one month off of it's due date, along with a note of apology and a check.
I feel like this is something I'd do. :p I'm always so forgetful, and feel like I can't keep up with my debts and responsibilities. I've accidently forgot to return a few books for over a month, and my library card was suspended. Though the Highland library lets you check books out for two weeks, and i was a day or two late, I feel it was ridiculous. It's not like I have the time to walk what feels like 5 miles to the library. X|

Recently at dakota highschool two teens brought in a gun. Not the gun youre thinking of. The two made a homeade stun gun that they saw on the internet. This was to be a joke, luckily nobody got hurt. The sherrif said they were lucky it was minor shocks only, thank god they didnt have the high powered one. the two students are facing expulsion, even tho they thought of it as a prank. I think i should connect to this as a wide idea of stuff on the internet. theres alot of things on there about guns, bombs. and other things. These are some things that teenagers shouldnt be seeing. I think tha the U.S. should make a law about how old people must be to see certain things and sites. I think that this would take away from lots of things because kids see everything on the internet. If you would like to check this out go to http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/19442301/detail.html it shows a piicture.
Ah yes the minor signs of anarchy is amongst us again. A U.S. soldier charged with killing five of his fellow troops in Iraq, a nice message that the war is going so well. They took away his gun last week and put him under investigation. He has been charged with five counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault. The man named Russell is going to be put to psychiatric analysis. Maj. Gen. David Perkins said "Russell killed five people when he fired on other troops at a stress clinic at Camp Liberty, the U.S. military encampment near Baghdad International Airport". Worse part is it was nearing his end of his 3nd tour! So now that this came out of the blue there's a investigation of the health services ect ect. So in my opinion this war has got to end soon. From what I got from the news the army is not doing much at all. It's costing us a bit of our economy (not all of it but HAS got to be contributing it in some way). It all seems pointless to me. However, I'm willing to admit that I may be missing information that is needed in some way. I don't want to look at any news related (papers, t.v. shows) and heavily sigh. SOMEONE, no ANYONE prove me wrong! Please tell me that the world is going to hell in a hand-basket for a sensible reason!

There were 5 Miami men finally sentenced after they were caught in 2006 for planning the destruction of Chicago's Sears tower. These men wanted to start a group against the U.S. government. There first showing would have been this attack. After three jury trials these men are facing jail time of up to 50 years. They are known as a threat to homeland security and were stopped in time.
I think this is not an act of terrorism as it is an act to prove a point. I think they deserve every bit of there jail time for what they were going to do, but how serious could they have been? It would take a lot of force to attempt such a big attack. They rebeled against the government for a purpose, so whos to blame? Not saying its right to kill innocent people of course.

Mr. Kay,
Just a little bit ago a rocket launch was aborted. NASA said that there were some signs that the rocket wasnt properly launching. This observation came about 103 seconds into the launch. I think that this shows that our space operatives are very cautious when it comes to launches. Its the right thing to do that if anything looks wrong, then they stop the operation. No space mission is worht taking lives. There was wing damage which could have caused crashing later on in the launch in air. This is a great example of using common sense.

So today i found an intersting article about health. This time it was related to having better eye sight. What more studies have proven is that fish, olive oil and nuts are good for your eye sight. This is something i think is huge. One reason is because all those things are already good for you and now you have mre reasons to find things that include those. Plus eye sight is something huge for everyone. You need it to read, drive, write, and many more so if there are things to help it tht is very cool and good. Last people should start eating those for their eyes and then they can hopefully see better.

This article was about a man who has been released from jail after 22 years on death row. The case kept being brought back up in court. They said the more envidence they went over, the more they found out he was guilty. So the Supreme Court decided he was innocent and they released him. This shows society that there are flaws in the system. Also that many innocent people face consequences that they don deserve. Its too bad that this happens, but its something that will and always has taken place. Edleast they gave him justice and didnt kill him. Its scary that i could be accused and sent to die when really i was innocent. This could happen to anyone and its very scary. If only they had better ways of making sure people are really guilty.

The dings are in 4 tiles on the right side of the space shuttle. The launch occured on Monday and happened 103 seconds into it. The current event i'm going to write about concerns health care. Obama has been trying to push for free health care. Study's have been proven that places with low revenue from hospitals still have good outcomes with patients. I'm not sure how i feel about this. I think that it is important for all americans to have health care, but i dont know if its smart. for example in Canada it can take up to a month to get an MRI. yes its free, but is it really worth the wait? I think that it is important to change this carefully. I think many economic and doctors should be involved with creating this plan. I think it is very important for everyone to have health care, but i dont believe it should all be free. I think it would be more beneficial to the economy to just lower payments, i think it could be devastating to remove all cost.

Some people want that edge weather it may be in school or academics. In school, copying other peoples homework, cheating on tests go hand in hand with steriods in sports. When people get in the habit of cheating, they eventually get caught. Then they find themselves in horrible situations. Things like plagerizsm is something that can really effect your present and future. Its something that effects your honesty and trust to others.

Tonight while I was eating dinner a very interesting story came on about overcoming adversity. A young man by the name of Matt Steven overcame many odds by playing a game he loved. Matt Steven was born premature and is know blind. He has always loved the game of basketball and has been unable to play because of his disability. When his brother Joe became coach of a youth catholic league team his dream of playing basketball came true. He started out as the teams equiptment manager but his brother tried to get him even more involved. Joe asked the league and opposing teams if it would be ok if Matt took all there free throws. The league and other teams were fine and the opposing teams made the mistake of underestimating Matt's ability at the line. His first game he went 6-8 from the line and won one of there teams games with two clutch free throws with 10 seconds to go. This story truly makes me feel fortunate for the ability's i take for granted everyday. The young mans passion for the game probably triples mine and I'm the one who gets to play the game he loves. It doesn't seem fare but I am happy to see he is still able to be part of the game. I also think the sportsmanship of the opposing teams and League is great. It's nice to see that sportsmanship is alive and well . I also think it was funny people underestemated him because of his disability when he got up to the line he proved them very wrong. The reason I chose this story was to tell everyone to not take things like vision or hearing or speaking or even walking for granted because you never know when thing can change. But if you do get one of these abilities taken away from you don't frown apon it work hard and prove the haters wrong.

on the launch of atlantis NASA realized that there were some nicks and dings on the side of the shuttle. they were to have been on the wing. the mission leaders told reporters that it happened around 103 seconds into the mission. wow that is a short timeee! The shuttle and its crew of seven are bound for the Hubble Space Telescope. in 2003, a trip was risky and killed 7 astronots, and it was blamed by a minor ding. so this i think could lead to something bad, what if the crew on this gets hurt, theres nasa missin more great peoplle. even though they were to be minor errors it could lead to disasters.

We are all aware of the infamous swine flu that is going around and scaring people. Fist off, let me say that I think there is too much hype on this subject and that many people die from the regular flu every year. The swine flu can also be treated with regular fluy medicines. However, the story is, that Adrian Gibbs, an Australian scientist was planning on writing a report on how the swine flu could be the result of human error. Appearently, they were using eggs containing the virus to create vaccines and for other scientific development. While there is no factual evidence that supports this, it concerns us becasue it shows how dangerous this kind of the thing can be. It also shows how quickly it can get out of hand.

At http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2009-05-11-genome_N.htm I found that Mexicans may be genetically susceptible to H1N1 Swine Flu. Although the findings are preliminary, a study released Monday raises the possibility that the H1N1 flu has been deadlier in Mexicans than in others because they are genetically more susceptible to the infection. The research, from Mexico's National Institute of Genomic Medicine, found genetic variations in Mexican Mestizos — people of mixed European and Amerindian ancestry who represent more than 80% of that country's population — that could affect their risk of diseases and their response to treatments.
In a way, history is repeating itself. For example when the Europeans came to the new world, they brought their diseases over with them. The natives could not adapt to the diseases, so they died. When my family visited Cozumel in April, our tour guide for the island told us how the Europeans diseases killed off a large population of the original Mexicans (Mayans & Aztecs). It left such a small amount of natives that they mixed with the Europeans. This created a whole new genetic culture. Ironically, because of their heritage the present day Mexicans are susceptible to this new virus.

My blog is on how president Obama says he is going to cut 2 trillion dollors in the health care industry. Advocating preventive care and streamlining administrative costs are among the steps being promised by the health care industry to help cut $2 trillion in health care expenses over the next decade. A number of leading industry trade groups -- including those representing insurers, doctors, health care workers and drugmakers -- made that pledge to President Obama on Monday. But at least one consumer advocate said he was disappointed by the lack of details from the industry groups laying out exactly how they plan to contain rising health care expenses for consumers.
I found that kind of interesting that people didnt think his plan was fully developed. In class we were talking about if you are going to take action you need to have a well thought out plan that will lead to success. This plan has left people in confusion and will probly be unsuccessful.
Cutting health care costs means improving the quality of care patients receive, putting money back into families' pockets and keeping businesses open on Main Street," SEIU health care chairman Dennis Rivera said in a statement.
"SEIU and its members are committed to creating a new American healthcare system by increasing efficiency of care without sacrificing quality of care, and creating a system of wellness, where we now have a system of illness," Rivera added. "We may not always agree, and haven't in the past, but we know that this is the moment and now is the time to fundamentally change the way we take care of American families and workers."
Those people are saying that if they do cut cost then they will have to give patients MORE attention and care. That is bascilly saying that if we do cut costs then we will have to work hardcer and i dont want to do that. Now if America wasnt full of such lazy people we may be able to get out of this depression. If i had the chance to get the us out of the depression i would do it and not say that it would be to hard cuz its going to be hard and we will all havve to work together to get out of it.

When french composer, Maurice Jarr, died he changed information on Wikipedia. Several newspapers used it and it got spread around and everyone was talking about it. They didn't even check for credibility. He confessed a month later and some newspapers apologized for being stupid but some were mad at him. He doesn't feel sorry because it goes to show how if you believe everything you read there could be a whole bunch of lies. It teaches people to use credible sources and to be careful of rumors that are going around.
Tonight i'm going to do my blog on Criagslist. Most people know about this site to buy and get rid of stuff kinda like eBay. The difference is it is in your local area and mostly within driving range. They have been recently asked by states to take down their "erotic services" section due to things like prostitution. Even though the adds do not say it right out there has been 121 arrest in South Carolina alone. I think the asking of it to be taken down is perfectly reasonable. On multiple reasons for one there has been two murders related to people responding to Craigslist adds. Two why even have a section like that if its not legal? It could also be exposed to the wrong people such as young children.

Today when i was going through youtube i stumbled across something disturbing. I saw a video of obama reflecting on his first 100 days. This was no ordinary hearing or press conference from a president though. Obama was up at the podium joking around about everything that has gone wrong. "Maybe I can finish my next 100 days in 73 days". I don't think he should be joking around when this country is as worse as it has ever been. People say give him so time i totally understand. I just think he needs to stay focused and get the united states back on track. He inherited this shithole of a situation and i think eventually he will get us out. He has no time to be joking around like this though.

Today i am going to talk about a new bill that maybe passed in the U.S. House of Representatives later this week. The bill is going to aim for a 17% decrease in greenhouse gas emissions below 2005levels by 2020. Just another way that the goverment is getting involed and harming the econmony. I guess you could look at it in two ways, one that they are trying to better the world and make compines more indenpent from a reasourse that will run out of soon or later. But you could also say thery are making a already weak econmy state worse but making people spent more money one reasearch and invemsetments. When it comes down to it i would say pass the bill beacasue the earth's future is more important than the econmony. Our habits must end before it is too late to turn back and save the earth for the up coming gernerations. Even if the econmony is bad, you can always change the econmy, but you cant change the damage already done to the earth.

My current event is about the 5 men in Florida convicted for plotting to bomb the Sears tower in Chicago. Today was the third trial for the men, whom were convicted in 2006. The sixth man and a seventh man were acquitted all charges. The men face 30 to 70 years in jail. I did not hear of the convictions in 2006, so I was surprised to hear this. This effects the country, because terrorist attacks now pose a threat everyday, everywhere. The country has a responsibility to protect the citizens from this, and that is a big responsibility. This effects us because if the plans for the bombing, or other plans that could be out there do occur, people we know could be in danger.

Chrysler has announced that it will drop 800 dealers in bankruptcy. It is also renegotiating franchises with the remaining 2,400 companies. Chrysler has already stopped reimbursing some dealers for rebates. It also plans to cut incentive spending by 50% on June 1. This is very upsetting to hear about. Chrysler going into bankruptcy was shocking enough, but now they are doing even more to try to compensate for the tough times the economy is facing. My dad works for a dealership and Chrysler’s bankruptcy affects my family greatly. Luckily, the company he works for is also linked with Germany and some other American companies, so he is probably not going to be losing his job anytime soon. Still, his company, as well as many other companies, is firing employees and cutting hours and wages. Bad economic times are hurting almost everyone, and it doesn’t look like it is getting much better any time soon.

Top 10 most common ingredients in fast food.

this article was about the surprising things we eat in a regular hamburger and fries. if someone asked you what was in one youd probably saw meat, bread, lettuce, tomatoe, ketchup, and potatoes with a nice cold pop. however there is more in there that isnt so good for our bodies. most of them are processed foods. that means that they have been modified from their natural state for safety or convenience. Processed foods usually have multiple additives to keep them fresher longer. sometimes they use a lot of salt but after some research it wa found that citric acid can do the same thing and it is better for us. another one is Soybean oil that contains several unsaturated fatty acids. this creates trans fatty acids that link to heart dieseas. there are many more iin this aritcle. i think if everyone becomes more aware of what we are eating and feeding ourselves we could change people views on health. we only have one body so we should treat fuel it with good foods.
due to the death in 2006 of Megan Meier, who committed suicide after she was internetally abused, over myspace, a bill plans to go into action.
"The bill makes electronic communication a felony if “the intent is to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person.”"
now, for tech savvy guy i am, and for all the god damn haters i got on youtube, i am all up for this. i think it’s a great idea, because people who let out rage this way, cause people across the globe pain. anyways internet trolls, as they are called, are very frustrating for forum mods and admins, and with this bill passed, and maybe some internet improvement technologies, so that whenever someone logs on, or sees something beneficial, that is considered flaming, they can send in a form about it. like how youtube has a thumbs up or a thumbs down. but, to make it so that it isn't abused, make it so that anyone who abuses it, can be charged with impeding due justice.
it’s a great idea, and trust me, when someone commits suicide, because of the internet, we truly se who fucked our culture has become. and i hope the lady who did this to Megan Meier, gets the death sentence, to set a precedent, that this kind of bullshit, aint tolerated, at all.
its very sad that it had to end in such a way, for megan, and i hope we can learn that we can not trust the internet. Let me repeat it again, YOU CAN NOT TRUST THE INTERNET. i have had to many incidents, with people i hated sending the rudest things via youtube, and some people who i thought were my friends, saying shit behind my back on facebook. they will get their due justice one day, but until then, let us please oass this bill, because the more we improve the mood of the internet, the happier people will get.
now, it will probably be the hardest thing ever, trying to monitor the internet in such a way, but it is for the better, and that’s why i approve it.
its so depressing to hear about megan. i feel really bad that this sort of thing happened.
R.I.P Megan Meier.

State prosecutors on Tuesday asked a judge to drop all charges against Paul House. Paul was convicted of murder and sentenced to die in 1986. He was on death row for 22 years. He was released on bail last year. The court date had been scheduled to be executed next month. For the 1985 murder of Carolyn Muncey. The high court ruled in June 2006 that House was entitled to a new hearing.

A plane crashed and 50 people died. a recording of people screaming was recorded and the plane burned. The plane crash was due to an error by the pilot and it cost the lives of many people. They say that flying is safer than driving but I always hear about complications with aircraft. I think that we need to make better improvements on planes to make it almost impossible to crash. Many people are scared to fly and thus makes them drive. This could also help the fuel demand go down if more people started flying. Planes still scare the hell out of me and I hate riding on them. I do think that the airport security has stepped up tho. I don't think there will be another terrorist attck by plane.
For my current event this evening I'm going to write about a Space shuttle suffering from 'minor' damage, or so they say. On the wings of the shuttle there were some dings. The astronaut thought they were just 'minor' damages, and thought nothing of it really. Just a 21 inch dent in the space shuttle set them way off track. Now, they will have to re-schedule, which wastes more time and other projects that had to be done. Also, more money is going to be needed because they have to fix the damages then start all over again. First off, the astronauts should not have thought nothing of the dents int he shuttle, something much more serious could have happen when they were to far away from earth, and could do nothing of it. Then it would of been like Apollo 13 all over again. Looks can be deceiving, so it was a good thing confronting someone about the dents and getting everything checked out.

Mr. Kay, I actually did my blog last night, but this morning I remembered that I forgot to cite my source, so I added it it on. I'm so sorry, I can promise you that I will never happen again. I know though, that I will still lose points, and that is okay, because I didn't complete what you had asked. Once again, I apologize.

Suspended for Dancing
A British high school senior, Harry Smith, who got suspended for violating school rules, banning dancing, even though he went to a prom to 'another' school, is causing a sensation.
This can be a very interesting and sensitive topic. The question in this case is "Does a school have the right to interfere students' affairs outside the school?". In this case, I think so. First of all, the school he'd been going is a private high school, which has their own right to make their own rules as long as they violate laws, which say students neither should go to dancing nor shouldn't go to dancing. Therefore, the school had the choice and the student who made his own choice to go to the school had to pay for the consequences or should change schools. These days, a lot of kids think school interferes way too much of the students' affairs. However, most of the school rules correspond with that of the society, which means it's for preps for their future. School is a place to learn, we should remember.

So once again, I am very sorry if we have to do a blog and I don't get it done.
