As we did grammar today, I figure it is a good day to do a free blog. What is going on with you and what are you thinking? Make it something good, interesting and not superficial.
College is a very important thing to every person in the world today. Some teens do not see the importance of college and do not take high school seriously. Seeing that high school is what determines the kind of and quality of a college that you go to. Kids nowadays are not taking school seriously. In return, teens are not going to very good schools and are not qualified for the career that they want to pursue. I myself do need to take these facts into consideration and need to learn about how important college is to me right now and the rest of my life.
Today i am going to talk about ipods. Recently i have noticed that a lot of peoples ipods have been getting broken. Most of them are have ipod nanos so based on that i am not going to buy a nano any time soon. Also, everyone wants to get the ipod touch which i don't understand. I mean if you drop it then to me it will be very breakable. Plus it seems that all ipods can play videos or movies s except the sceen is probably just a little smaller. Another thing with ipods is they are pretty expensive for something that plays music and sometimes a video. I mean if you just go down the aisle there are zunes and other mp3 players for a lot cheaper and they have the same memory. Last main thing is if you are getting a new ipod go for a different type of music device because its cheaper. however if you can get a used ipod for a good price you should go for that.
Today I am going to talk about friendship. What makes someone a true friend? I have been struggling my whole life to find a true friend, someone who will not stab me in the back or talk smack. Basically someone who is real. Everyone I talk to seems to gossip about what I say. Well I guess that saying is true...never tell someone anything unless you want the world to know. I now have pretty much quit on everything. The only things that matter to me is school and family.
I think im going to go with material objects for my blog. A lot of people are very materialistic in our school. If they were to lose their ipod or phone it would be the end of their life. For me I would be pissed that I lost it but I would get over it. Why? because they are easily replaceable. I really don't think people realize anything that isn't a human or animal is replaceable. These objects are also important to people for reasons like who gave it to them. So it is some what ignorant of me to say what I said.
In hockey we have succefully completes our season with a final record of 16-3-3. After our victory over the farmington flyers at the end of the year we clinched 1st place and won not only our conference but the league. We have now traveled into the south-eastern michigan prep hockey league playoffs. Our first playoff game took place on monday vs. Orchard lake st. marys. We led the period 1-0 after a short handed goal by me and assisted by sam brooks took place. During the second and third period the puck just did not seem like it wanted to bounce our way for some reason. We ended up facing defeat, the final score being St. marys 4 Lakeland 1. The first section of the playoffs being a round robin, meaning that even though we lost does not mean we are eliminated. we play four games and record wise teams are placed from there. So instead of keeping our heads down we have them held high and look forward to facing off againt our good rivals clarkston. This game will take place Wendsday, Feb 4 at Hartland ice house on m59 at 6:15 if anyone is interested in going. But besides that i feel it will be a well fought game because of the two strong teams going at it.
Today I am going to talk about, winter. For me this winter is going by really fast. Our snowmobille has been broken for a while and we had to get parts for it. So we went and got parts and it took a week and a half to get them. Usally I do alot of snowmobiling and it is fun. I feel when you do alot of stuff the year seems to go by alot slower. I diddn't even go up north snowmobiling this winter. I have been doing alot of snowboarding though. I joined the snowboarding team and I got a season pass for the first time this year. It is cool being able to go snowboarding when ever I want. This winter I also got my licence. It is really cool being able to drive where ever I want freely. My first time driving alone was a bit different. But I got used to it and I was cool. This winter we are getting alot of snow. It is good but it is also bad. I went snowmobiling on sunday and it was ok. The lake has so much snow that you can't go that fast. ALso if you go over your track a few times it just makes it really bumpy. Plus there are slushy spots so its not that good. Im still waiting for the lake to be perfect so I can go fast. Chris REid 6th hour
I think today iam going to talk about work and how its important. I think work is very important but its also a hard thing to do. When you have so much other things to do its hard to manage everything its hard to organize everything that you need to do. Between school and the homework to rushing home and going to work its very hard to do. But work builds you up it makes you stronger. I think its good to get used to working young because you get used to it and you have more exprience later in life you will look back at what you did and be proud that you had a job that thought you alot. However i would like to learn how to organize everything and get everything done in a short amount of time instead of rushing around to do everything.
5th For my free blog today, I am going to write about my family. My family is number one priority in my life. In my house I live with my mom, dad brother and sister. My sister Chantal is younger than me, but we get along like best friends. We definitely have our differences, considering the age difference, but it never seems to get in the way of our relationship. We also get into fights, but realize that it isn't worth losing each other over a material item. My brother, Jake, is 18 and not around all that often. I really wish that we would have hung out more when he was home. He left a few years ago and I have never been able to really hang out with him. My parents have been the most supportive people in my life. I've been upset with them many times, but in the end I know it is for the best. I've recently caught myself taking my family for granted, and I know that shouldn't be so. I should enjoy the time I have with them, because I don't know how much time that could be.
From past experiences wit free blogs i see that they are not always easy to find a topic that fits you. I saw today while watching espn news that the new Mets stadium is being built and CitiGroup and other big companies are helping with the cost. The companys are trying to to have their name on the stadium, because they are spending millions of dollars on the stadium and laying off people. I think that the companies are beiong irresponsible because they are wasting their money. I tink that they should be saving, or giving out money to help employess in need. I think that these companies are revieving money to help people from the government, and they are wasting it trying to be big shots. NOw, as Citigroup is trying to pull out of the construction and pay out, other companies are trying to limit the advertisment on the new stadium because, it is a conflict of intrestif they are spending the money on intertainment, noton making their company the best they can be.
Mr. Kay, Last Thursday I sent a text message about my cousin Katelyn. It was not a good one. It was really nasty. So all of her friends decided not to talk to her. At first I felt really good about that. So I told her older sister Carla and she got in on making her life miserable. As time went on she became more unliked. None of her closest friends were talking to her. We went on her mysapce and wrote nasty messages to her friends. So Sunday I decided that I was going to make things right. So yesterday she had just got of the shower. I knocked on the bathroom door. She did not answer. So I kept knocking until she answered. So I look at her and she started to laugh. I told her that she can't stay mad at me. Katelyn agreed. All in all I realized that being mean is not a good thing. It took alot of energy not to talk to her. I really like her......ok not so much but she has always been there for me. And that is why I love her.
I am going to talk about texting. I think texting has become so extremely popular. I mean, even my parents have unlimited text. Plus, all the new awesome phones that are made for texting. There is the new blackberry storm, which is all touch screen. Technology has come such a long way. And then there is the phones with keyboards, which are used for texting. Texting has become a huge thing in teens lives across america. It seems like everyone is constantly texting someone something. OMG, and then theres those stupid forwards that get sent around. I hate those. But i am so guilty of sending them to my friends. Lastly, texting has become a huge thing in america. Its the new age of technology.
One of the most important goals that a high schooler should have in my perspective, would be to have good grades. Even though I hate admitting it, I used to have the hardest time doing my homework and keeping my grades up. I always thought that my life would be so much more fun if I didn't do homework and didn't care about my grades. I have a harder time taking in information than my brother or sister, its all because of my ADD. I hate having ADD, I don't have my happy, peppy, laughy personality during school as I do during the weekends, and especialy during the summer. But this semester has really turned my perspective of getting good grades around. I was so excited when I found out that (not to brag) I have four A's and two B's. My parents are so proud of me, and the have more trust in me, and I get to have so much more fun when my grades are good. I'm not letting my grades go bad again. There's no point, all I do is get yelled at when my grades are bad and I hate not being able to hang out with my friends. I used to think that there was no use in trying because I felt that I was not smart enough to do anything, and that why should I try to do my homework when I was to dumb to anything else. I don't feel that way anymore, I know that I'm smart. All I have to do is try. I wish I would have tried earlier.
My free blog is going to be about why i join cross counrty and track, and what keeps me running year after year. I first joinned cross counrty in 7th grade after a freind conviced me to try the sport, he said it was great fun and i would like it. Well he was right, i loved it so much, one reason being Mr.Fransice being the couch and just the great times with freinds. I did track in 7th and 8th, running the 2 mile (8 times around the track) beacause i liked distance and nobody eles ran it so most of the time i would score by default. After that i decied to try high school cross country, let me tell you its much harder, that summer before my first season before high school cross country i ran every day about 6 mile. This was the farthest i had ever ran before and was and still can be hard. This is when i got my nickname "gerbs" from other team mates which is what most people still call me, some not even on the team. But the bonding and fun times and that feeling of achievement after a race is what keeps me running though the hard times.
I think for my blog today I will talk about lacrosse. Lacrosse season is right around the corner and it's time to start getting ready for it. Lacrosse has been around for a long time, longer than any other popular sport, and now it is the fastest growing sport in America. Lacrosse is just like playing hockey and football put together. It is played on a football field and the positions are the same as in hockey. When you play, you need to wear a helmet shoulder pads arm pads hockey gloves and u need your stick. I have been playing lacrosse for 4 years and I like it. It is an action packed violent and fast paced game. I think it is my favorite sport I have played so far.
With the economy today I feel that it's extremely important to do really well in school. Everyone is competeing for jobs and there is starting to become less and less good ones. This puts huge presure on everyone, including parents who are looking out for there children. I feel that we already have to much presure on doing good in school, but it's really needed to get into a good college. College has also become extremely important since there are becomeing fewer and fewer well paying jobs that doesn't require a person to go to college. I feel that these presures only make people do worse instead of better. The majority of our life is going to be spent working so I believe that this time needs to be spent being a teenager and having fun. As i was sitting in my luxurious queen size bed I was really pondering the meaning of life. I was debating on whether to high light my hair a carmel brown or go a little lighter. Than i realized this was silly and decided my hair was perfect how it is. As i finished out my thoughts about my hair i suddenly realized my calling in life. I wanted to be a personal shopper! I wanted everyone to know what it feels like to look good. Just than I remembered personal shoppers have to look perfect all the time, so I went in and got my nails done. Normally I just do a regular french tip, but today i was feeling a little outrageous. So I decided to go with the sparkly french tip, let me tell you it was such a good choice. I realized my nails match my sparkiling personality. When I realized my nails matched my personality I LOL so hard. On my way home from the nail salon I passed a homeless man and realized how good it felt not to be materialistic. I can not believe I just posted my most private thoughts on the internet. They are way to personal to be shared.
today while i was driving home from verizon i thought of my new invention. its called "precision braking systems" by andy Balinski. basically what it is is an extra brake light on the back of your car that gradually measures the pressure of your braking. so if your braking lightly your Precision braking system(TM) will gradually light only a few of the lights. on the other hand if your braking hard, all the lights will be lit. you may think "why would i want this on the back of my car if i cant see it?" but there are many reasons. one being it will allow the driver behind you to be more precise in there driving and ultimately helping the flow of traffic and gas millage. the system is simple and basic but have a great amount of value.
I decided my blog would be on time and the scarcity of it. There are so many goals that so many of us want to reach and the only thing getting in our way is time. I believe many people are rushing through the everyday things to create a bigger picture. I think there are so many things we have to get done daily, that we cant appreciate anything anymore. Its work or school, sports or clubs, homework or necessities that need to get done and sleep. Theres not enough hours in a day, or days in a week for us to just relax and take everything in. Everyday i wonder when did everything change, when did life consist of play and nap times turn into continuous work? and at times life can feel like a daily routine. and thats when you need to take 15 min to write a blog about time. Its a time to realize that life is what you make it. And you should appreciate it to the fullest. thats when you need to realize time is running out.
Right now I currently have the flu. This sucks because now I'm going to be booked with home work for the rest of the week. Right now I plan on going back to school tommorow so I can get caught up. Being sick sucks sense your falling behind. I hate to miss school due to this reason. When I get back I need to do everything I missed and get out of my lazy mode when I was sick. I hope I get caught up soon so I can still accomplish my goal of getting good grades in school. I am going to try and avoid missing school in the future and do my best at not getting sick. To bad its un-controlable.
Mr. Kay, I would like to talk about what skateboarding actually means to me. To me skateboarding is more than an activity. It is what makes life fun for me. Honestly, I can just get on a skateboard and just go and be smiling. It just brings me such joy. Not only is it a good thing for me but it is good for society because it keeps me out of real trouble. Except when people get mad at me for skating in a bad place. But that isn't real trouble. But that is besides the point. I also like the culture behind it. Everyone else is so happy as well and with such support as that, it makes you feel sort of secure. Also, There is so much you can do on a skateboard. You can do whatever you want on it. It was invented for fun and that's what I use it for. Some people don't understand this love. The just see as another boy with a hobby. But it is more. It is a love. Some people take sports because they say they like it. But I don't really see many people smiling during a game. When I skateboard, I usually have a smile I can't hold back. It is just so great. Some people, like the "oldies", see skateboards as a nuisance, because they supposedly wreck things, cause damage, make to much noise and the list goes on. Really, they aren't bad at all. The only possible harm caused by these greatness machines is to the person on them. So I can get hurt, well it is a price worth being payed. Overall, skateboards are looked at as bad things, but to me, they are my ticket to joy.
Seeing as I just got back from poms, it only seems fitting to talk about it. This season we made it to states competition. I got to compete in regionals, but during the performance, I landed wrong on my already injured leg. It started to hurt really bad, so my mom took me to the doctor's office and I goto an X-ray. We found out that I have an avulsion on my pelvis. An avulsion is a fracture of your bone. It happens to people when they do moves that suddenly pull muscles tight, causing them to rip bone apart from bone in the process. Landing out of a jump in the splits is pretty much just that. Now I'm out of poms for the rest of the season. It's depressing because even though I worked my butt off to qualify for states, I don't get to compete. I still go to all of the practices and performances, because I want to support my team. States competition is in less than two weeks, and even though I may not be competing, I am still looking forward to cheering on the team (if I can still talk, as most of the class now knows I'm losing my voice haha).
hmm i am going to do my blog about.. cheerleading. okayy well it is basicly my life! but I love it! we have been doing good this season. But alot of girls have been getting hurt. As my mom would say ohh there dropping like flies. lol embarassing i know. but anyways i really hope we make it into regionals. I love the saturday meets. Everyone always eats too much tho. There alot of funn! kayy well idk what else to talk about soo byee.

Over the events of technology, a whole bunch of nerds made a compact computer(comparative to the first one the size of a room). Then the alpha nerd thought of hooking all the computers together. This is called "the Internets"
Over time, the internet gradually became bigger and then colossal. Then nerds crawled out of their moms basement after 3 continual months of D&D. There became a phenomenon where over the internet dorks became cool and funny guys! Then come into the existence a MMORPG*. As such, I will be the most nerdiest kid you know. So I will be the most funniest guy on World of warcraft(hey its a awesome game). I like to believe that is because I have a comedy gimmick. It is what I call a raid call;
"(insert boss's name here) your pie...IS MINE!!!"
So over time working with higher lvls alts* everyone had come to help me with one of my class quest(one of the most HARDEST and time consuming in the game) instead of going on raids and getting better gear.
Yeh: okay guys, lets help (me) out with his warlock quest. Bigbenny: why? because he's one of the few warlocks out there? Yeh: That and he has to do the most stupidest but needed quest in the world. He has been on for 4 hours a day and been up before he goes to school working so damn hard on that infernal thing...wait...did you get your homework done this week?! Saafire: He's not doing his Homework? Me:I am! Sraneal:You better be doing your homework or I'm going to have to kick your lil gnome @ss! Me:God you guys are worst than my parents!

Sports for me has been a huge part in my life. I have played soccer for almost 11 years now and I have continuously gotten more an more serious with it. This year we started before the day you can start practicing officially for your club team. We actually needed that practice because we had a game the following weekend. However, soccer is 12 months out of the year and requires a huge commitment on my parents part and mine. I havn't missed a practice for soccer since I can remember because it is so important to me. Without soccer right now, I would have too many other things. It's an activity that I enjoy and it allows me to let other things go. You can't be thinking of other things while you're playing the game. I play soccer for fun, plus it's a challenge and it teaches you many things about life. Sports that challenge me are very interesting because there is always someone better than you. I learned this in soccer right away. However soccer is the most challenging sport for me right now because I play at a high level. We are now MRL this which means we are playing against teams from other states and regions. We also contend for state cup which is a very tough thing. We are, right now, 4th in the state and undefeated in our current season which is a huge accomplishment for our team. Soccer will always be there for me because it is a life long sport and I love it.
Everyone knows about the former mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick. He was released from jail yesterday February 2nd. I think it is pretty unfair that he got out early for "good behavior". I think that when you go to jail you shouldn't get out early for good behavior you should stay in there for the whole amount of time, and only have to stay longer for bad behavior. I really wonder what the court would have done if it was just a normal person who committed perjury. Would they let them out after only 99 days? Another thing I think about when thinking of this whole text scandal is how he is not very smart. Because if he would have just said yes I had an affair he never would have had to go to court or jail. But, to try and save his reputation he lied and got caught up in a whole bunch of lies and like usual the lies he told caught up to him and he went to jail.
For my free blog, im going to talk about dance. Although i dont compete in dance anymore, i still take classes at my dance studio. Over the past 4 years that i have been dancing, i have seen myself progress and excel to be a better dancer every year. Since i dont compete my dances anymore, i dont get as much practice as i used to, but i get a desent amount of practice so i can keep getting better and condition reguraly. The reason why i love dance is becasue i like being a part of a team or a group, to make new friends. Because of dance, ive made so many differnt friends outside of school. Also dance is a great way to express yourself, and to show emotion, (kind of like acting). So what im saying is dance is a great sport that everyone should try.

my weekend was kinda boreing but then again its what i do almost everyweekend. i went to pats hosue on friday after school.like always. we watched my bestfriends girl. i thought it was a good movie but pat didnt. we hung out then i went home. Hailey curled my hair for my cheer competition the next day. I woke up at 7 ): it sucked. Our competition was at northville. we didnt do that good.o well lol we have done better. i came home and went right ot bed. sunday pat and ry came over. we hung out and went out side. hailey was kinda a big brat! so she didnt hang out with us. its okay tho. i got thrown into snow piles like 3 times it kinda hurt. we came indide and watched bio-dome. it was good. and then my dad toook them home. and i went to bed.
I'm going to do my blog about my weekend. On friday I hung out with Hailey. We didnt do much. On Saturday i went to my cousins birthday party. And it was boring. We really didnt do anything. And on sunday I went to Haileys house again and pat was there to. We walked around for her mom to get signatures for something. Pat was throwing Hannah into snow piles. and then me and Pat were throwing snow balls at her dad.
I want to talk about, today, one of the biggest cultural difference between Eastern world and Western world, the individualism. During last semester, when we were learning about individualism, you may have found out that individualism is pretty complicated than we used to think what it was. In Korea, where the communities are being operated based on every union, such as family, we learn most of things from the elders. Even both of them have problems in their own systems which I think is adecquote to the youngs is that we have in Asia. Individualism is very attractive and appealing since people get to know what it is. But till then, it's a very confusing stuff, which causes youth disorder in their consciousness, and make them pretend as if they're adults, which occrus sometimes very hazardous actions. The best thing to do, for parents of their children, is not to make confusions of their children, telling them in what way they're treating them.
Hm...I just gort home from shopping aorund with mum for the journal. It turns out she wanted to buy it so I didn't have to wait to work on it when i found a cheap one. We found a decent styled thick journal at the Barnes&Noble in Brighton, and it wasn't neccesarily a bargain, but its at least nice to look at.
I really wanted this old fashioned leather-bound journal that was $60 dollars, but the price was ridiculously high, and mum said no anyway. :(
Right now I'm thinking about the things I will put in my Snashot Journal for your class. Things that inspire or define me? I really haven't given it any thought before now. Normally my mind wanders, and strange ideas are found like climbing a ladder game.((You choose a line to go up/down, and turn at any intersecting point in only one direction.))
Anything can trigger a seemingly awesome idea, though they normally do not turn out as such on paper or in clay. Most of these abandoned ideas sit like small pebbles on the ground: stumbled upon, but never change.
When I listen to music, most of my creative juices are either overloading or in a deep slumber, waiting for the perfect lyric to spring out of my mind and onto a blank page. Also, whilst sitting quietly when iPods are prohibited, or when there is a perfect silence, music will bounce around my thoughts, whispering melodies of techno beats into my inner ears. So if you hear me humming, tapping my toes, or clicking my finger nail nubs on the desk, I'm listening to the music in my head. :3
What will we see in the future? Many of us ask this question everyday. Well many electronics that we will see in the near future would have to include, OLED TV's, 3D TV's and robots that will stop crimes until the police arrives. Many of us have HDTV's these days and think that, they are up to date on the latest and greatest technologies in the television industry. The fact is non of us are up to date. The product that you buy is out of date less than 2 days after being produced and sent off to the stores. Now the new OLED TV can be used ANYWHERE! These new TV's can be as thin and as flexible as a credit card. They are making fashionable wrist bands with embedded TV screens in them. You could actually fit in your pocket. I'm not going to say much about the 3D TV's because thay really don't interest me and make me dizzy. Somewhere in the middle east they revealed a small mobile robot that will take police reports and use them to find a thief and capture him/her in a net until the police arrive. Today's technology is great but the futures technology will be un-comprehensibly great.
My blog will consist of various things. The first on my list is the fact that you have to be very careful of your actions and who you trust apparently in this time of age. I trusted someone with something that happened over the weekend that happened thinking she was my friend and what not but of course she told people. Whateverrr. I guess it couldn't be helped, she was there when it happened so there was no hiding it from her. Second is the fact that I'm not enjoying things right now. Why are people so dramatic? And why do people have to include me in their life crap? I'm pretty tired of trying to help everyone ut. and I'm pretty tired of getting blamed for things I never did. AND why is it that most people will do ANYTHING for attention!? I am no longer a people person. I haaattteeee most of the kids in our school. I am going through some hard shit the past week. Grrr. But I have recently been told that I am a really good friend :D That makes me happy. I have had four friends of mine in the past week tell me that I'm a good friend and that they can trust me with anything. That really makes me feel good :] Ohh and I might be dying my hair this weekend. If I do it's going to be red orange yellow and blond. Now for a note on that, I dye my hair a lot as all of you know. But my hair is most certainly not dead. I don't use permanent hair dye I use temperary stuff that lasts 3 weeks. So please, if you don't know what your talking about...then don't talk at all. Oh and another thing i found out in the past week that sort of makes me upset is i guess a lot of people don't like me. I don't really understand why...I don't think I'm a mean person or anything...I sure hope I'm not :/ I think it's just because half of the human race is just so judgmental and they can't stand that I don't have brown hair and I don't wear Hollister. Ahahaha. This is the suckyest blog i have ever done xD
Lacrosse is a very enjoyable and competitive sport. If you didn't already know, I play lacrosse for the Huron Valley Team. It consists of players from Lakeland and Milford. Also, if you don't know what it is...there is two teams who try to score on the other team's net. There are 10 players on each team including the goalie and there are different positions which are similar to soccer. I play a poisiton called Attack, which is like a forward who tries to score. We use sticks and a solid rubber ball to pass, shoot, and other things. If this seems interesting to you, come out and watch our games. They are at Milford this year and the girls play at Lakeland (it switches every year). I was the second highest scorer on my team last year with 18 goals including 3 hat-tricks, and this year I am trying out for varsity. Anyways, come out and watch, I know you'll enjoy it.

For my blog tonight I will be talking about relationships. When people hear the word relationship they think about a couples. Relationships can also mean with friends, teachers, peers at school, coaches, and especially family. I believe these are important because you can really get a feel about another person. You can see what they're going through and you might not even realize it, until you take a walk on the wild side, and get to know one another. Relationships mean commitment to one another, caring for each other, loyalty, honesty, and of course love. These qualities are what I believe to make a relationship work. Teens now a day's just get together without thinking. You have to truly care about the other person and willing to be there for them when they need you. This is why relationships are important.
To be honest i am still thinking of my goals for this semester and rest of my school career. REcentyl the report cards came and my grades slipped again. This year I really want to keep up in every class. I want to pay attention more and get better focus. I have been keeping up so far, even though its only been a week. This time around i want to actually gain knowledge, not just blow through it. When finals come back around I want to be confident and atleast get C's. My main priorites have to be on keeping up in school, so i can have my freedom and feel good about myself.
For my free blog I guess i will contunie on my topic of michael phelps. Phelps, as I said yesterday, was caught with a bong. Today, on ESPN, it says that south carolina authorites are thinking of pressing charges. South Carolina has always taken the use of drugs seriously, Leon Lott, county sheriff said. Phelps has made a public apology about the incident, saying he has used bad judgment. Authorites can press charges as long as the party phelps was at was in the same county. Lott said that as long as it was in our county and he broke the law, he will be charged. I just don't get why he would have such bad judment. I guess he just has a lot of pressure on him. Ive came to the realization where im eventually going to be independent from my parents, so I am currently trying to find a job. My parents have been suppliying me with money, education, food, shelter ect. I want to be independent from them as soon as I can and begin my own life. Finding a job at these times are difficult. I applied at Kroger although dont know if I will work there. I really want a car for myself and not have to take my moms van out every weekend. I feel bad asking her for it because shes tired from a long day at work and it just makes me feel needy.
A lot is going on in my life right now. First, i ve started to snowboard and it is so awesome. Ive already gone of a lot of jumps and im just starting to do rails. On saturday, I successfuly boardslided the up box at Alpine Vally. I also got a new snowboard a couple of weeks ago. Its called it is a 155 PBJ DC. Now i dont have to use my sisters dumb board anymore. Well thats about all that is really exciting in my life right now. Did I mention that snowboarding is like the coolest thing on the earth. The book “Angles and Demons” written by Dan Brown is coming out in movies. He had also made the book “The Da Vinci Code”. The weird thing about it is that “The Da Vinci Code” was made a movie before “Angles and Demons”. “Angles and Demons” should be first because “The Da Vinci Code” as a book made references to it in the book. But I think that The Da Vinci Code sold more books than “ Angles and Demons”. They made “The Da Vinci Code” into a movie first. Probably to please the readers.

Today I received my report card. The first semester went by fast and I hope the second goes as fast. My grades were good and I plan on doing better this semester. My cousins and friends are getting their college acceptances. That has got me thinking where I want to go. Their are a lot of choices and I am thinking of going out of state. My first choice is Miami State University. Next year will be a very important year because of all the tests we will be taking to get into colleges. I take this very seriously and hope I do well. College will be something I am looking forward too.
i never believed in superstitions. especially friday the 13th thing when everyone thinks something bad must happen on that day. i always thought it was stupid and never thought it would ever have any significance. then one year in everyone was making a big deal about it and i couldn't stop thinking about it. people kept joking around with me all day because i thought they were all stupid. haha. then i got home and my mom called me and my sister into the living room and she told us to sit down. i thought she was going to yell at us for leaving a mess or something but she had a different look i haven't really ever seen before. she had a mixture of struggle, confussed and worried look in her eyes. then she just cam out and said it. while we were at school, my grandma died that day.
I agree with deters. my parents have been putting a roof over my head, feeding me, and supplying me with things I need. Soon enough, it will be time for me to get a job. I will turn 16 in the summer and my parents feel that I need to start taking responsibility. When I get a car, my parents will probably help me out at first, but then I will need to do things on my own such as my own gas money, insurance, etc. I am planning on finding a job at a golf course in the summer so that I can make some cash and play free golf. I think it will be awesome to have my license so that I can have more freedom and time to do what I want.
Athletics are very important to me and I think they play a major part in my life. Athletics teach people to become and express who you are. Athletics teach people how to prepare for the real world, like working as a team. Sports make you think and teach you how to win and lose in a manner that is respectable to others. To me sports give me a chance to positively represent my school and family. They also give you a chance to be social and make new friends. Sports may increase stress at times but if you truly care for the sport it is fun and you want to be in the gym or on the field getting better and also making your teammates better. Without sports and athletics I would probably make alot of wrong decisions and get in to trouble.

As my mom was yelling at me for something I didn't even do I was thinking about my parents intentions. A lot of teenagers think that their parents are trying to ruin their lives but I realized that my parents really do want whats best for me. They're just being protective and want me to grow up to be a responsible person. I just think that them yelling at me for everything isn't really helping. So I guess what I'm saying is if we look at things through others view then we maybe we won't feel like we need to talk back to them or something. But we always do so this blog was actually very pointless.
i feel like talking about college. not just how its what your parents want from you. but how important it is to you in further life. how it affects you if you don't go to college. Almost every job in America requires you to have a college degree if your going for a good job that you support yourself on. Not just working at McDonald's or burger king in the future. you may not think its important now but as you go on if you don't go to college you will find out that the real world is a very harsh place if you cant stand on your own two feet and make a living. especially now America well lets face it its in the crapers and us as teenagers are fighting for obs with 40 and 50 year old people. really because they didn't have qualifications for that job. probably because they didnt go to college. so i think all people should get the high school degree and not stop there perspire for more in life and go to college. just to live the life you want to live.
for me, nick visger, a lots going on in my mind. first off, i didn't make it into the play, which really bummed me out a lot, cause i was hoping that that would be the big thing i would be doing after school this portion of the school. which i am made, that i didn't get accepted, when i hardly remember 24 people trying out, which thats how many people they could have in the play. i said that i wanted to do anything backstage, but, now that i am not in, it really bums me out that i was like the only guy that tried out for charlie brown, and i didn't get it. i am also made that I found out that i couldn't really make youtube videos anymore. because people were pretty much laughing at me and all of them. everything hit me really hard, but, i took a look at one of my good friends, and even though some bad thing happen to her, she quietly handles her problem, which makes her a really great person, because she really makes it look like she doesnt get any problems, but she is just good at hiding them.
I think that i'm going to talk about what i'm going to do after highschool. I plan on going to college to pursue my dream of playing college basketball. The college that I really want to go to is SVSU. I think that this would be a good college to me because I would be close to my brother, and if I played basketball there I would be playing with him. Also I want to become an Engineer and even though SVSU isn't the best engineering school it's still pretty good. I like the campus a lot, It's big and is actually really cool. Iv'e also gotten to know the basketball coaches there and they are really cool, they are the kind of people that are open with you, and tell you what's what. This is my dream, to go to saginaw and play basketball with my brother. Then After college hopefully become an electrical engineer.
Mr.Kay, Today I want to blog about winter. Winter is my favorite season and i'm glad that it is here and now. Alot of people look at me like i'm completely crazy whenever i say that. But I think there the one's that are cray. What's not to love about below freezing temeratures, 5ft. snow hills, and glittery sparkles that fall from the sky. Peolpe complain that, "oh it's to cold, and wet and you can't ever do anything." But in my opinion it's the complete opposite. In summer it's way to hot, and you have a thunderstorm like every other day(which i am severly affraid of). The true reason I really love winter is that, in the summer everybody just lives day by day and their out with their friends. But in winter I kind of feel like time stops for once. Everybody is inside and together and when you look out the window it's nothing but hills of blank whiteness that you can creat in to anything you want!! I love the snow!
Life. Some people take it seriously, others don't. While some people go outside and hang with friends some just stay inside all day and rot (not literraly). They just sit there and watch there butts grow when they should be up and about. I mean come on do something at least. Go for a walk, go to the mall, call a friend, whatever it takes to get these people outside. There are more things to life than TV and video games. Nobody should waste their life by sitting around.
School is very important these days. You need to getgood grades and work hard in order to graduate. You need a certain amount of credits to graduate. And to go to college you have to graduate highschool first. And to get a good job that pays a god amount you have to graduate college. So you need to get good grades and work hard. Dont slack off and you have to study too.

Seeing that high school is what determines the kind of and quality of a college that you go to. Kids nowadays are not taking school seriously. Today i am going to talk about ipods. Recently i have noticed that a lot of peoples ipods have been getting broken. Most of them are have ipod nanos so based on that i am not going to buy a nano any time soon. Also, everyone wants to get the ipod touch which i don't understand. I mean if you drop it then to me it will be very breakable. Plus it seems that all ipods can play videos or movies s except the sceen is probably just a little smaller. Another thing with ipods is they are pretty expensive for something that plays music and sometimes a video. I mean if you just go down the aisle there are zunes and other mp3 players for a lot cheaper and they have the same memory. Last main thing is if you are getting a new ipod go for a different type of music device because its cheaper. however if you can get a used ipod for a good price you should go for that.

In hockey we have succefully completes our season with a final record of 16-3-3. After our victory over the farmington flyers at the end of the year we clinched 1st place and won not only our conference but the league. We have now traveled into the south-eastern michigan prep hockey league playoffs. Our first playoff game took place on monday vs. Orchard lake st. marys. We led the period 1-0 after a short handed goal by me and assisted by sam brooks took place. During the second and third period the puck just did not seem like it wanted to bounce our way for some reason. We ended up facing defeat, the final score being St. marys 4 Lakeland 1. The first section of the playoffs being a round robin, meaning that even though we lost does not mean we are eliminated. we play four games and record wise teams are placed from there. So instead of keeping our heads down we have them held high and look forward to facing off againt our good rivals clarkston. This game will take place Wendsday, Feb 4 at Hartland ice house on m59 at 6:15 if anyone is interested in going. But besides that i feel it will be a well fought game because of the two strong teams going at it.

Today I am going to talk about, winter. For me this winter is going by really fast. Our snowmobille has been broken for a while and we had to get parts for it. So we went and got parts and it took a week and a half to get them. Usally I do alot of snowmobiling and it is fun. I feel when you do alot of stuff the year seems to go by alot slower. I diddn't even go up north snowmobiling this winter. I have been doing alot of snowboarding though. I joined the snowboarding team and I got a season pass for the first time this year. It is cool being able to go snowboarding when ever I want. This winter I also got my licence. It is really cool being able to drive where ever I want freely. My first time driving alone was a bit different. But I got used to it and I was cool. This winter we are getting alot of snow. It is good but it is also bad. I went snowmobiling on sunday and it was ok. The lake has so much snow that you can't go that fast. ALso if you go over your track a few times it just makes it really bumpy. Plus there are slushy spots so its not that good. Im still waiting for the lake to be perfect so I can go fast.

When you have so much other things to do its hard to manage everything its hard to organize everything that you need to do. Between school and the homework to rushing home and going to work its very hard to do. But work builds you up it makes you stronger. I think its good to get used to working young because you get used to it and you have more exprience later in life you will look back at what you did and be proud that you had a job that thought you alot. However i would like to learn how to organize everything and get everything done in a short amount of time instead of rushing around to do everything.

For my free blog today, I am going to write about my family. My family is number one priority in my life. In my house I live with my mom, dad brother and sister. My sister Chantal is younger than me, but we get along like best friends. We definitely have our differences, considering the age difference, but it never seems to get in the way of our relationship. We also get into fights, but realize that it isn't worth losing each other over a material item. My brother, Jake, is 18 and not around all that often. I really wish that we would have hung out more when he was home. He left a few years ago and I have never been able to really hang out with him. My parents have been the most supportive people in my life. I've been upset with them many times, but in the end I know it is for the best. I've recently caught myself taking my family for granted, and I know that shouldn't be so. I should enjoy the time I have with them, because I don't know how much time that could be.
From past experiences wit free blogs i see that they are not always easy to find a topic that fits you. I saw today while watching espn news that the new Mets stadium is being built and CitiGroup and other big companies are helping with the cost. The companys are trying to to have their name on the stadium, because they are spending millions of dollars on the stadium and laying off people. I think that the companies are beiong irresponsible because they are wasting their money. I tink that they should be saving, or giving out money to help employess in need. I think that these companies are revieving money to help people from the government, and they are wasting it trying to be big shots. NOw, as Citigroup is trying to pull out of the construction and pay out, other companies are trying to limit the advertisment on the new stadium because, it is a conflict of intrestif they are spending the money on intertainment, noton making their company the best they can be.

Last Thursday I sent a text message about my cousin Katelyn. It was not a good one. It was really nasty. So all of her friends decided not to talk to her. At first I felt really good about that. So I told her older sister Carla and she got in on making her life miserable. As time went on she became more unliked. None of her closest friends were talking to her. We went on her mysapce and wrote nasty messages to her friends. So Sunday I decided that I was going to make things right. So yesterday she had just got of the shower. I knocked on the bathroom door. She did not answer. So I kept knocking until she answered. So I look at her and she started to laugh. I told her that she can't stay mad at me. Katelyn agreed. All in all I realized that being mean is not a good thing. It took alot of energy not to talk to her. I really like her......ok not so much but she has always been there for me. And that is why I love her.
I am going to talk about texting. I think texting has become so extremely popular. I mean, even my parents have unlimited text. Plus, all the new awesome phones that are made for texting. There is the new blackberry storm, which is all touch screen. Technology has come such a long way. And then there is the phones with keyboards, which are used for texting. Texting has become a huge thing in teens lives across america. It seems like everyone is constantly texting someone something. OMG, and then theres those stupid forwards that get sent around. One of the most important goals that a high schooler should have in my perspective, would be to have good grades. Even though I hate admitting it, I used to have the hardest time doing my homework and keeping my grades up. I always thought that my life would be so much more fun if I didn't do homework and didn't care about my grades. I have a harder time taking in information than my brother or sister, its all because of my ADD. I hate having ADD, I don't have my happy, peppy, laughy personality during school as I do during the weekends, and especialy during the summer. But this semester has really turned my perspective of getting good grades around. I was so excited when I found out that (not to brag) I have four A's and two B's. My parents are so proud of me, and the have more trust in me, and I get to have so much more fun when my grades are good. I'm not letting my grades go bad again. There's no point, all I do is get yelled at when my grades are bad and I hate not being able to hang out with my friends. I used to think that there was no use in trying because I felt that I was not smart enough to do anything, and that why should I try to do my homework when I was to dumb to anything else. I don't feel that way anymore, I know that I'm smart. All I have to do is try. I wish I would have tried earlier.

My free blog is going to be about why i join cross counrty and track, and what keeps me running year after year. I first joinned cross counrty in 7th grade after a freind conviced me to try the sport, he said it was great fun and i would like it. Well he was right, i loved it so much, one reason being Mr.Fransice being the couch and just the great times with freinds. I did track in 7th and 8th, running the 2 mile (8 times around the track) beacause i liked distance and nobody eles ran it so most of the time i would score by default. After that i decied to try high school cross country, let me tell you its much harder, that summer before my first season before high school cross country i ran every day about 6 mile. This was the farthest i had ever ran before and was and still can be hard. This is when i got my nickname "gerbs" from other team mates which is what most people still call me, some not even on the team. But the bonding and fun times and that feeling of achievement after a race is what keeps me running though the hard times.

I think for my blog today I will talk about lacrosse. Lacrosse season is right around the corner and it's time to start getting ready for it. Lacrosse has been around for a long time, longer than any other popular sport, and now it is the fastest growing sport in America. Lacrosse is just like playing hockey and football put together. It is played on a football field and the positions are the same as in hockey. When you play, you need to wear a helmet shoulder pads arm pads hockey gloves and u need your stick. I have been playing lacrosse for 4 years and I like it. It is an action packed violent and fast paced game. I think it is my favorite sport I have played so far.

With the economy today I feel that it's extremely important to do really well in school. Everyone is competeing for jobs and there is starting to become less and less good ones. This puts huge presure on everyone, including parents who are looking out for there children. I feel that we already have to much presure on doing good in school, but it's really needed to get into a good college. College has also become extremely important since there are becomeing fewer and fewer well paying jobs that doesn't require a person to go to college. I feel that these presures only make people do worse instead of better. The majority of our life is going to be spent working so I believe that this time needs to be spent being a teenager and having fun. However, you need to make sure you are doing extremely well in school.

As i was sitting in my luxurious queen size bed I was really pondering the meaning of life. I was debating on whether to high light my hair a carmel brown or go a little lighter. Than i realized this was silly and decided my hair was perfect how it is. As i finished out my thoughts about my hair i suddenly realized my calling in life. I wanted to be a personal shopper! I wanted everyone to know what it feels like to look good. Just than I remembered personal shoppers have to look perfect all the time, so I went in and got my nails done. Normally I just do a regular french tip, but today i was feeling a little outrageous. So I decided to go with the sparkly french tip, let me tell you it was such a good choice. I realized my nails match my sparkiling personality. When I realized my nails matched my personality I LOL so hard. On my way home from the nail salon I passed a homeless man and realized how good it felt not to be materialistic. I can not believe I just posted my most private thoughts on the internet. They are way to personal to be shared.
today while i was driving home from verizon i thought of my new invention. its called "precision braking systems" by andy Balinski. basically what it is is an extra brake light on the back of your car that gradually measures the pressure of your braking. so if your braking lightly your Precision braking system(TM) will gradually light only a few of the lights. on the other hand if your braking hard, all the lights will be lit. you may think "why would i want this on the back of my car if i cant see it?" but there are many reasons. one being it will allow the driver behind you to be more precise in there driving and ultimately helping the flow of traffic and gas millage. the system is simple and basic but have a great amount of value.

I decided my blog would be on time and the scarcity of it. There are so many goals that so many of us want to reach and the only thing getting in our way is time. I believe many people are rushing through the everyday things to create a bigger picture. I think there are so many things we have to get done daily, that we cant appreciate anything anymore. Its work or school, sports or clubs, homework or necessities that need to get done and sleep. Theres not enough hours in a day, or days in a week for us to just relax and take everything in. Everyday i wonder when did everything change, when did life consist of play and nap times turn into continuous work? and at times life can feel like a daily routine. and thats when you need to take 15 min to write a blog about time. Its a time to realize that life is what you make it. And you should appreciate it to the fullest. thats when you need to realize time is running out.

Right now I currently have the flu. This sucks because now I'm going to be booked with home work for the rest of the week. Right now I plan on going back to school tommorow so I can get caught up. Being sick sucks sense your falling behind. I hate to miss school due to this reason. When I get back I need to do everything I missed and get out of my lazy mode when I was sick. I hope I get caught up soon so I can still accomplish my goal of getting good grades in school. I am going to try and avoid missing school in the future and do my best at not getting sick. I would like to talk about what skateboarding actually means to me. To me skateboarding is more than an activity. It is what makes life fun for me. Honestly, I can just get on a skateboard and just go and be smiling. It just brings me such joy. Not only is it a good thing for me but it is good for society because it keeps me out of real trouble. Except when people get mad at me for skating in a bad place. But that isn't real trouble. But that is besides the point. I also like the culture behind it. Everyone else is so happy as well and with such support as that, it makes you feel sort of secure. Also, There is so much you can do on a skateboard. You can do whatever you want on it. It was invented for fun and that's what I use it for. Some people don't understand this love. The just see as another boy with a hobby. But it is more. It is a love. Some people take sports because they say they like it. But I don't really see many people smiling during a game. When I skateboard, I usually have a smile I can't hold back. It is just so great. Some people, like the "oldies", see skateboards as a nuisance, because they supposedly wreck things, cause damage, make to much noise and the list goes on. Really, they aren't bad at all. The only possible harm caused by these greatness machines is to the person on them. So I can get hurt, well it is a price worth being payed. Overall, skateboards are looked at as bad things, but to me, they are my ticket to joy.

Seeing as I just got back from poms, it only seems fitting to talk about it. This season we made it to states competition. I got to compete in regionals, but during the performance, I landed wrong on my already injured leg. It started to hurt really bad, so my mom took me to the doctor's office and I goto an X-ray. We found out that I have an avulsion on my pelvis. An avulsion is a fracture of your bone. It happens to people when they do moves that suddenly pull muscles tight, causing them to rip bone apart from bone in the process. Landing out of a jump in the splits is pretty much just that. Now I'm out of poms for the rest of the season. It's depressing because even though I worked my butt off to qualify for states, I don't get to compete. I still go to all of the practices and performances, because I want to support my team. States competition is in less than two weeks, and even though I may not be competing, I am still looking forward to cheering on the team (if I can still talk, as most of the class now knows I'm losing my voice haha).

Over the events of technology, a whole bunch of nerds made a compact computer(comparative to the first one the size of a room). Then the alpha nerd thought of hooking all the computers together. This is called "the Internets"
Over time, the internet gradually became bigger and then colossal. Then nerds crawled out of their moms basement after 3 continual months of D&D. There became a phenomenon where over the internet dorks became cool and funny guys! Then come into the existence a MMORPG*. As such, I will be the most nerdiest kid you know. So I will be the most funniest guy on World of warcraft(hey its a awesome game). I like to believe that is because I have a comedy gimmick. It is what I call a raid call;
"(insert boss's name here) your pie...IS MINE!!!"
So over time working with higher lvls alts* everyone had come to help me with one of my class quest(one of the most HARDEST and time consuming in the game) instead of going on raids and getting better gear.

Sports for me has been a huge part in my life. I have played soccer for almost 11 years now and I have continuously gotten more an more serious with it. This year we started before the day you can start practicing officially for your club team. We actually needed that practice because we had a game the following weekend. However, soccer is 12 months out of the year and requires a huge commitment on my parents part and mine. I havn't missed a practice for soccer since I can remember because it is so important to me. Without soccer right now, I would have too many other things. It's an activity that I enjoy and it allows me to let other things go. You can't be thinking of other things while you're playing the game. I play soccer for fun, plus it's a challenge and it teaches you many things about life. Sports that challenge me are very interesting because there is always someone better than you. I learned this in soccer right away. However soccer is the most challenging sport for me right now because I play at a high level. We are now MRL this which means we are playing against teams from other states and regions. We also contend for state cup which is a very tough thing. We are, right now, 4th in the state and undefeated in our current season which is a huge accomplishment for our team. Soccer will always be there for me because it is a life long sport and I love it.

Everyone knows about the former mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick. He was released from jail yesterday February 2nd. I think it is pretty unfair that he got out early for "good behavior". I think that when you go to jail you shouldn't get out early for good behavior you should stay in there for the whole amount of time, and only have to stay longer for bad behavior. I really wonder what the court would have done if it was just a normal person who committed perjury. Would they let them out after only 99 days? Another thing I think about when thinking of this whole text scandal is how he is not very smart. Because if he would have just said yes I had an affair he never would have had to go to court or jail. But, to try and save his reputation he lied and got caught up in a whole bunch of lies and like usual the lies he told caught up to him and he went to jail.

For my free blog, im going to talk about dance. Although i dont compete in dance anymore, i still take classes at my dance studio. Over the past 4 years that i have been dancing, i have seen myself progress and excel to be a better dancer every year. Since i dont compete my dances anymore, i dont get as much practice as i used to, but i get a desent amount of practice so i can keep getting better and condition reguraly. The reason why i love dance is becasue i like being a part of a team or a group, to make new friends. Because of dance, ive made so many differnt friends outside of school. Also dance is a great way to express yourself, and to show emotion, (kind of like acting). So what im saying is dance is a great sport that everyone should try.

my weekend was kinda boreing but then again its what i do almost everyweekend. i went to pats hosue on friday after school.like always. we watched my bestfriends girl. i thought it was a good movie but pat didnt. we hung out then i went home. Hailey curled my hair for my cheer competition the next day. I woke up at 7 ): it sucked. Our competition was at northville. we didnt do that good.o well lol we have done better. i came home and went right ot bed. sunday pat and ry came over. we hung out and went out side. hailey was kinda a big brat!
so she didnt hang out with us. its okay tho. i got thrown into snow piles like 3 times it kinda hurt. we came indide and watched bio-dome. it was good. and then my dad toook them home. and i went to bed.

I'm going to do my blog about my weekend. On friday I hung out with Hailey. We didnt do much. On Saturday i went to my cousins birthday party. And it was boring. We really didnt do anything. And on sunday I went to Haileys house again and pat was there to. We walked around for her mom to get signatures for something. Pat was throwing Hannah into snow piles. and then me and Pat were throwing snow balls at her dad.

I want to talk about, today, one of the biggest cultural difference between Eastern world and Western world, the individualism. During last semester, when we were learning about individualism, you may have found out that individualism is pretty complicated than we used to think what it was. In Korea, where the communities are being operated based on every union, such as family, we learn most of things from the elders. Even both of them have problems in their own systems which I think is adecquote to the youngs is that we have in Asia. Individualism is very attractive and appealing since people get to know what it is. But till then, it's a very confusing stuff, which causes youth disorder in their consciousness, and make them pretend as if they're adults, which occrus sometimes very hazardous actions. The best thing to do, for parents of their children, is not to make confusions of their children, telling them in what way they're treating them.

Hm...I just gort home from shopping aorund with mum for the journal. It turns out she wanted to buy it so I didn't have to wait to work on it when i found a cheap one. We found a decent styled thick journal at the Barnes&Noble in Brighton, and it wasn't neccesarily a bargain, but its at least nice to look at.
I really wanted this old fashioned leather-bound journal that was $60 dollars, but the price was ridiculously high, and mum said no anyway. :(
Right now I'm thinking about the things I will put in my Snashot Journal for your class. Things that inspire or define me? I really haven't given it any thought before now. Normally my mind wanders, and strange ideas are found like climbing a ladder game.((You choose a line to go up/down, and turn at any intersecting point in only one direction.))
Anything can trigger a seemingly awesome idea, though they normally do not turn out as such on paper or in clay. Most of these abandoned ideas sit like small pebbles on the ground: stumbled upon, but never change.
When I listen to music, most of my creative juices are either overloading or in a deep slumber, waiting for the perfect lyric to spring out of my mind and onto a blank page. Also, whilst sitting quietly when iPods are prohibited, or when there is a perfect silence, music will bounce around my thoughts, whispering melodies of techno beats into my inner ears. So if you hear me humming, tapping my toes, or clicking my finger nail nubs on the desk, I'm listening to the music in my head. :3

What will we see in the future? Many of us ask this question everyday. Well many electronics that we will see in the near future would have to include, OLED TV's, 3D TV's and robots that will stop crimes until the police arrives. Many of us have HDTV's these days and think that, they are up to date on the latest and greatest technologies in the television industry. The fact is non of us are up to date. The product that you buy is out of date less than 2 days after being produced and sent off to the stores. Now the new OLED TV can be used ANYWHERE! These new TV's can be as thin and as flexible as a credit card. They are making fashionable wrist bands with embedded TV screens in them. You could actually fit in your pocket. I'm not going to say much about the 3D TV's because thay really don't interest me and make me dizzy. Somewhere in the middle east they revealed a small mobile robot that will take police reports and use them to find a thief and capture him/her in a net until the police arrive. Today's technology is great but the futures technology will be un-comprehensibly great.

My blog will consist of various things. The first on my list is the fact that you have to be very careful of your actions and who you trust apparently in this time of age. I trusted someone with something that happened over the weekend that happened thinking she was my friend and what not but of course she told people. Whateverrr. I guess it couldn't be helped, she was there when it happened so there was no hiding it from her. Second is the fact that I'm not enjoying things right now. Why are people so dramatic? And why do people have to include me in their life crap? I'm pretty tired of trying to help everyone ut. and I'm pretty tired of getting blamed for things I never did. AND why is it that most people will do ANYTHING for attention!? I am no longer a people person. I haaattteeee most of the kids in our school. I am going through some hard shit the past week. Grrr. But I have recently been told that I am a really good friend :D That makes me happy. I have had four friends of mine in the past week tell me that I'm a good friend and that they can trust me with anything. That really makes me feel good :]
Ohh and I might be dying my hair this weekend. If I do it's going to be red orange yellow and blond. Now for a note on that, I dye my hair a lot as all of you know. But my hair is most certainly not dead. I don't use permanent hair dye I use temperary stuff that lasts 3 weeks. So please, if you don't know what your talking about...then don't talk at all. Oh and another thing i found out in the past week that sort of makes me upset is i guess a lot of people don't like me. I don't really understand why...I don't think I'm a mean person or anything...I sure hope I'm not :/ I think it's just because half of the human race is just so judgmental and they can't stand that I don't have brown hair and I don't wear Hollister. Ahahaha. This is the suckyest blog i have ever done xD
Lacrosse is a very enjoyable and competitive sport. If you didn't already know, I play lacrosse for the Huron Valley Team. It consists of players from Lakeland and Milford. Also, if you don't know what it is...there is two teams who try to score on the other team's net. There are 10 players on each team including the goalie and there are different positions which are similar to soccer. I play a poisiton called Attack, which is like a forward who tries to score. We use sticks and a solid rubber ball to pass, shoot, and other things. If this seems interesting to you, come out and watch our games. They are at Milford this year and the girls play at Lakeland (it switches every year). I was the second highest scorer on my team last year with 18 goals including 3 hat-tricks, and this year I am trying out for varsity. Anyways, come out and watch, I know you'll enjoy it.
on my free blog i am going to talk about being an M.C.. the first thing is that you need to be able to rhyme. like this, 40 cal teched up/ riding all vested up/ we aint going in till somebody left wet up/ riding wit the moon showin/ putting names on tomb stones/ from the city of flame where they get there goon on. that is an example form the song goon shit By N.W.O.(Kutta Keys). another thing that you need to do is flow with the beat. a way to be able to come up with ideas is to listen to other songs. now go home and try it.
Today i am going to talk about ipods. Recently i have noticed that a lot of peoples ipods have been getting broken. Most of them are have ipod nanos so based on that i am not going to buy a nano any time soon. Also, everyone wants to get the ipod touch which i don't understand. I mean if you drop it then to me it will be very breakable. Plus it seems that all ipods can play videos or movies s except the sceen is probably just a little smaller. Another thing with ipods is they are pretty expensive for something that plays music and sometimes a video. I mean if you just go down the aisle there are zunes and other mp3 players for a lot cheaper and they have the same memory. Last main thing is if you are getting a new ipod go for a different type of music device because its cheaper. however if you can get a used ipod for a good price you should go for that.

For my blog tonight I will be talking about relationships. When people hear the word relationship they think about a couples. Relationships can also mean with friends, teachers, peers at school, coaches, and especially family. I believe these are important because you can really get a feel about another person. You can see what they're going through and you might not even realize it, until you take a walk on the wild side, and get to know one another. Relationships mean commitment to one another, caring for each other, loyalty, honesty, and of course love. These qualities are what I believe to make a relationship work. Teens now a day's just get together without thinking. You have to truly care about the other person and willing to be there for them when they need you. This is why relationships are important.

To be honest i am still thinking of my goals for this semester and rest of my school career. REcentyl the report cards came and my grades slipped again. This year I really want to keep up in every class. I want to pay attention more and get better focus. I have been keeping up so far, even though its only been a week. This time around i want to actually gain knowledge, not just blow through it. When finals come back around I want to be confident and atleast get C's. My main priorites have to be on keeping up in school, so i can have my freedom and feel good about myself.
For my free blog I guess i will contunie on my topic of michael phelps. Phelps, as I said yesterday, was caught with a bong. Today, on ESPN, it says that south carolina authorites are thinking of pressing charges. South Carolina has always taken the use of drugs seriously, Leon Lott, county sheriff said. Phelps has made a public apology about the incident, saying he has used bad judgment. Authorites can press charges as long as the party phelps was at was in the same county. Lott said that as long as it was in our county and he broke the law, he will be charged. I just don't get why he would have such bad judment. I guess he just has a lot of pressure on him.

Ive came to the realization where im eventually going to be independent from my parents, so I am currently trying to find a job. My parents have been suppliying me with money, education, food, shelter ect. I want to be independent from them as soon as I can and begin my own life. Finding a job at these times are difficult. I applied at Kroger although dont know if I will work there. I really want a car for myself and not have to take my moms van out every weekend. I feel bad asking her for it because shes tired from a long day at work and it just makes me feel needy.

A lot is going on in my life right now. First, i ve started to snowboard and it is so awesome. Ive already gone of a lot of jumps and im just starting to do rails. On saturday, I successfuly boardslided the up box at Alpine Vally. I also got a new snowboard a couple of weeks ago. Its called it is a 155 PBJ DC. Now i dont have to use my sisters dumb board anymore. Well thats about all that is really exciting in my life right now. Did I mention that snowboarding is like the coolest thing on the earth.

I think im going to go with material objects for my blog. A lot of people are very materialistic in our school. If they were to lose their ipod or phone it would be the end of their life. For me I would be pissed that I lost it but I would get over it. Why? because they are easily replaceable. I really don't think people realize anything that isn't a human or animal is replaceable. These objects are also important to people for reasons like who gave it to them. So it is some what ignorant of me to say what I said.

The book “Angles and Demons” written by Dan Brown is coming out in movies. He had also made the book “The Da Vinci Code”. The weird thing about it is that “The Da Vinci Code” was made a movie before “Angles and Demons”. “Angles and Demons” should be first because “The Da Vinci Code” as a book made references to it in the book. But I think that The Da Vinci Code sold more books than “ Angles and Demons”. They made “The Da Vinci Code” into a movie first. Probably to please the readers.

Today I received my report card. The first semester went by fast and I hope the second goes as fast. My grades were good and I plan on doing better this semester. My cousins and friends are getting their college acceptances. That has got me thinking where I want to go. Their are a lot of choices and I am thinking of going out of state. My first choice is Miami State University. Next year will be a very important year because of all the tests we will be taking to get into colleges. I take this very seriously and hope I do well. College will be something I am looking forward too.
i never believed in superstitions. especially friday the 13th thing when everyone thinks something bad must happen on that day. i always thought it was stupid and never thought it would ever have any significance. then one year in everyone was making a big deal about it and i couldn't stop thinking about it. people kept joking around with me all day because i thought they were all stupid. haha. then i got home and my mom called me and my sister into the living room and she told us to sit down. i thought she was going to yell at us for leaving a mess or something but she had a different look i haven't really ever seen before. she had a mixture of struggle, confussed and worried look in her eyes. then she just cam out and said it. while we were at school, my grandma died that day.
I agree with deters. my parents have been putting a roof over my head, feeding me, and supplying me with things I need. Soon enough, it will be time for me to get a job. I will turn 16 in the summer and my parents feel that I need to start taking responsibility. When I get a car, my parents will probably help me out at first, but then I will need to do things on my own such as my own gas money, insurance, etc. I am planning on finding a job at a golf course in the summer so that I can make some cash and play free golf. I think it will be awesome to have my license so that I can have more freedom and time to do what I want.

Athletics are very important to me and I think they play a major part in my life. Athletics teach people to become and express who you are. Athletics teach people how to prepare for the real world, like working as a team. Sports make you think and teach you how to win and lose in a manner that is respectable to others. To me sports give me a chance to positively represent my school and family. They also give you a chance to be social and make new friends. Sports may increase stress at times but if you truly care for the sport it is fun and you want to be in the gym or on the field getting better and also making your teammates better. Without sports and athletics I would probably make alot of wrong decisions and get in to trouble.

Today I'm going to write about parents. Lately, my parents and I haven't been getting along at all. They have just been really getting on my nerves and being retarted. As my mom was yelling at me for something I didn't even do I was thinking about my parents intentions. A lot of teenagers think that their parents are trying to ruin their lives but I realized that my parents really do want whats best for me. They're just being protective and want me to grow up to be a responsible person. I just think that them yelling at me for everything isn't really helping. So I guess what I'm saying is if we look at things through others view then we maybe we won't feel like we need to talk back to them or something. But we always do so this blog was actually very pointless.
i feel like talking about college. not just how its what your parents want from you. but how important it is to you in further life. how it affects you if you don't go to college. Almost every job in America requires you to have a college degree if your going for a good job that you support yourself on. Not just working at McDonald's or burger king in the future. you may not think its important now but as you go on if you don't go to college you will find out that the real world is a very harsh place if you cant stand on your own two feet and make a living. especially now America well lets face it its in the crapers and us as teenagers are fighting for obs with 40 and 50 year old people. really because they didn't have qualifications for that job. probably because they didnt go to college. so i think all people should get the high school degree and not stop there perspire for more in life and go to college. just to live the life you want to live.
for me, nick visger, a lots going on in my mind. first off, i didn't make it into the play, which really bummed me out a lot, cause i was hoping that that would be the big thing i would be doing after school this portion of the school. which i am made, that i didn't get accepted, when i hardly remember 24 people trying out, which thats how many people they could have in the play. i said that i wanted to do anything backstage, but, now that i am not in, it really bums me out that i was like the only guy that tried out for charlie brown, and i didn't get it. i am also made that I found out that i couldn't really make youtube videos anymore. because people were pretty much laughing at me and all of them. And also my dad said i look really goofy in my fedora. so that prompted me with my quote which will be in my book thing: "You Can Take Away My Dream, And Ask Me To Stop Doing What It Is My Passion To Do, But You Will Never Take My Hat"!
everything hit me really hard, but, i took a look at one of my good friends, and even though some bad thing happen to her, she quietly handles her problem, which makes her a really great person, because she really makes it look like she doesnt get any problems, but she is just good at hiding them.

I think that i'm going to talk about what i'm going to do after highschool. I plan on going to college to pursue my dream of playing college basketball. The college that I really want to go to is SVSU. I think that this would be a good college to me because I would be close to my brother, and if I played basketball there I would be playing with him. Also I want to become an Engineer and even though SVSU isn't the best engineering school it's still pretty good. I like the campus a lot, It's big and is actually really cool. Iv'e also gotten to know the basketball coaches there and they are really cool, they are the kind of people that are open with you, and tell you what's what. This is my dream, to go to saginaw and play basketball with my brother. Then After college hopefully become an electrical engineer.

Today I want to blog about winter. Winter is my favorite season and i'm glad that it is here and now. Alot of people look at me like i'm completely crazy whenever i say that. But I think there the one's that are cray. What's not to love about below freezing temeratures, 5ft. snow hills, and glittery sparkles that fall from the sky. Peolpe complain that, "oh it's to cold, and wet and you can't ever do anything." But in my opinion it's the complete opposite. In summer it's way to hot, and you have a thunderstorm like every other day(which i am severly affraid of). The true reason I really love winter is that, in the summer everybody just lives day by day and their out with their friends. But in winter I kind of feel like time stops for once. Everybody is inside and together and when you look out the window it's nothing but hills of blank whiteness that you can creat in to anything you want!! I love the snow!

Life. Some people take it seriously, others don't. While some people go outside and hang with friends some just stay inside all day and rot (not literraly). They just sit there and watch there butts grow when they should be up and about. I mean come on do something at least. Go for a walk, go to the mall, call a friend, whatever it takes to get these people outside. There are more things to life than TV and video games. Nobody should waste their life by sitting around.

And to go to college you have to graduate highschool first. And to get a good job that pays a god amount you have to graduate college. So you need to get good grades and work hard. Dont slack off and you have to study too.
