This may take more than 7 sentences but deal:
What do you want to experience in your life? Give 3 experiences that you hope to have that are more than just superficial. Based on this information, how do your desires compare with Thoreau's wish to live simply and deliberately in the woods? Do you see any of yourself in Thoreau or Emerson? Why or why not?

One of the things I'd like to experience in life is going to another place in the world, like Brazil and live there for a while. I think leaving American society would be good for a person's mind to escape it all. Also, I'd like to have a family and be a mother. Lastly, I'd like to go bungy jumping. Going to Brazil compares with Thoreau's wish to live simply and deliberately because I think that society has so much pressure on humans today. It would be healthy for me to just leave and learn someone else's culture for a while. Bungy jumping I think would show the simplicity Thoreau displayed because I think that when you're in the air falling, you can't think of anything else. You have to be in the moment and just enjoy it while it lasts. I do see some of myself in Thoreau because I wish that I could go live in the woods for a year. But, with just the way I am, I think I'd go insane being away from people because I don't like to be alone a lot.
Trust, love and happiness are three experiences that I would like to at some point go through in my life. I believe that these experiences some-what relate to Thoreau's wish to live simply and deliberately because this is what would make him happy, which is something I would like to encounter too. To live the simple and peaceful life is also something thats important to me, just not as much as being happy or having trusted or loved. I chose trust because for me, the ability to do so has been torn from me so its not something that is easily done. To trust someone and to love someone is important and is a necessity to love in my opinion. Which brings me to my next experience; love. To truly love someone, means they love you back, it means they love you to a certain point that they would almost die for you. Someone who knows you, someone who really supports you, and someone who listens to you and tells you truth, is someone who loves you. And lastly, happiness is something that is rare but can be found. If I were to ever experience true happiness, that lasted longer than just a day, then I would feel like I lived. Because no matter what you do, as long as you are happy and trustworthy and loved, to me, you have lived and been successful.
One experience that I would like is living in california. It seams so peacful there and sound fun to live there. Another is being a doctor. whats better than being able to save people when they get hurt really bad. My last one would be sky diving. The thrill of falling with out anything there to catch you would be amazing. My desire to live in california is like Thoreau's to live in the wild. they are similar because we both want to live somewhere different. I see my self a little bit in Thoreau because we both want to go to a new place.

Before my life comes to an end, I would like to have many memorable experiences. But life is short, and we need to take advantage of the time we have. If I were to choose three valuable experiences that I would wish to encounter, it would to be skydiving, front row seats to my favorite concert, and to be at the top of the Eiffel tower. Being able to experience these things would be a dream come true. However, they are still a dream and I know it is almost impossible for them to come true. I know that I can live without these experiences, just like how Thoreau could live without the busy fast paced life that he left. I see myself through Thoreau a little, for the fact that he knows he can live without the city life. Myself, I know that I can live without those experiences I wish to partake in. So as you can see, the situations are slightly similar. Both are still supportive of nonconformity.
the three experiences that i would to have felt in my life would be to travel all over the world and see rare sights, to excel in a job that i want to have, and to work for the gamming company i always wanted to. i think that every one should see some sight that they alway wanted to see. i love computers so if i have ever gotten a job dealing with them it would be fun. and my favorite gamming company is blizzard i hope that 1 day that i get a job for them and help them make a game. i think that they relate to Thoreau's wish by living easy because all i do is play games so i think that muy life would be fairly easy. i see myself more in Thoreau's because i always want to travel a lot and that is simlair to what he did. also i think that i am simlar to him by traveling and stay in different places. that is how i think that my desires are simlarir to thoreau's.
There are many things i want to experience in my life. one is to travel all around the world, and see awesome stuff. The reson i want to do this is to see all of earth be for i die. I also want to clime a mountain, it would feel so good to accomplish that, and iv wanteded to do it all my life. I also want to have a family and get a good job, with a nice home. this is my main gole in life because i would spend the majority of my life with them. They compare with Thoreau's desires for several reasons. One is to actually experience life, and not just sit in a cubical your hole life. I kind of see myself in him in someways, like i dont wana have a averige boring life, and do the same things as everyone ells every day. but i wouldint just live in the woods alone for a long time ether. it would get to boring.
There are so many things that a person would like to experience before their life comes to an end. One thing i would like to experience during this journey we call life if to visit Paris. To me, Paris seems like such a relaxing and intresting place to visit. I would also like to experience the whole college experience. Dorms and all. To be able to really live on my own but still have the social aspect of my friends i think will work out good for me. And lastly i would like to have a family of my own when i get older. The experience of traveling to Paris for awile would be most compared to Thoreau. He wanted to live his life simply because he was sick of american life. So living in another country for awile and picking up on new cultures would be good to learn new things instead of the same thing everyday. Also going to college would be some of Thoreau's independence because without living with my parents anymore and depending on them for food and help, i would be on my own. I see a little bit of Thoreau in my life because i think it would be nice to get away from all the drama that my life presents me with people. But honestly, i could never be away from people that long. Just one class period not talking to anyone can drive me nuts. But in the end, everyone should be able to complete their goals in life because if you have no goals to live for, then what are you living for?
Life is short, and when you live it, you should make the best of it any be the best you can be. Go out and experiance crazy things so that your life isn't boring and so you can see and experiance the beautiful world on your own. I'm sure if I always had it on my mind i could think of a million things i want to do before my time comes. One thing I would really like do is go to live in Spain for a year and learn how they live and how to speak spanish fluently. I think that would be really cool! Another thing i would like to do is go on a 3 month cruise to all the tropical islands and see all the beautiful places its takes you. The last thing i would like to do is fall in love and have a nice family to grow with, love, and live with for the rest of my life. And just for the heck of it there is one more thing i would like to do, i would like to save somebodies life, not just anybody though, somebody who deserves it. I think that would be the most amazing thing that you could ever experiance. When i said i would like to go to spain and learn their culture and language better that would be just like Thoreau because you are going to a place where you don't know anyone, or really anything about the place, but you have to learn about it and little ways that help a lot to survive it. I see myself a little bit in Thoreau because i would like to be able to go out on my own and experiance the world on my own, in my own way.
Different people have different things they would like to experience. One of the things I would like to do would be to travel to another country, such as Kenya or another African country and help serve other people in need. The second thing i would like to experience is to start my own business. Lastly, I would like to get married, have a family, and own a house on a lake/ocean. Thoreau's wish and my dreams are similar by wanting to get away from the ordinary and experience something new. Another way they are similar is that we will take something different from the experience then we would get doing anything else. I see myself in Thoreau a little bit because I would love to live in the woods, but i don't know if i could stay for an entire year.
some of the things that i would like to expriance in my life time are cure for cancer, find another planet with life on it, and probibly a family. I choose these becuse they all intrest me in someway. The life on other planets the most because our world is going down the tubes and it kind of relates to thoreau's wishes. Cances because ive had a few deaths in my family of it and i have a chance of getting it. Family beacuse most normal people would like to have a family of there own someday. I see a little bit of thoreau but not so much emerson. I say this because individuals don't compare themselves to others that often, but thoreau because i like to sometimes just go to a happy place and be in silance, or with my ipod.
These are only some of the expiriancesa i would like to have in my life before i pass.
there are many experiences that i want to do in my life time but i will name the top 3. one of the top three luxury's i want to experience is to travel the world. another luxury i want to experience is to be successful. and third is to stay family oriented. in my opinion i don't think that i am like Thoreau's and want to live simply. and i don't see my self anything like Thoreau or Emerson. the reason is because i am way more family oriented.
